I don't care for laundry baskets, for several reasons, mostly aesthetic, particularly when there's nowhere to "hide" them. This one looks nice if you must have your dirty laundry basket in your bedroom. I love the "down the hatch" hole that is the lid. I ordered mine with the plastic lid. Aesthetically pleasing laundry hamper with a small footprint. The design of bringing together the seam isn’t exact (not a true circle). In fact, I returned the first because of this and a dent upon arrival. The return/exchange went very smoothly (they sent one before I got the return into UPS. That was great! I like this laundry basket. I live van life and I wanted one that could sit out and hide my clothes without looking like I'm in college. The white and cork is really nice but the black band around the bag on the outside is jarring and ruins the clean look. I use it without the bag. I also really wish that the holes went up further. After being outside and getting all gross, sweaty clothes don't have enough breathing room to air out. A woven basket is ugly but has more airflow and surface area to let the clothes de-funk. If it was in a closet or laundry room, this wouldn't be an issue. ... show more

That cork top almost stopped me from purchasing this hamper, plus it seemed pretty small. But I'm glad I listened to the reviews and purchased it. The cork top is actually the best part. I've learned to literally twirl our clothes into it and unless you are trying to shove something like giant towels or denim jeans that could stand up by themselves, it's an easy task to drop everything in. Twirl the jeans and they will easily fall in. Bath towels, not so much. But it's also a small size so bath towels just get sent to the washer which actually is more efficient for me. Surprisingly, the small hamper holds a couple good size front-loading machine loads for two adults. I've never had it overflow - a decent amount of dirty clothes fit in it. If there were more than the two of us, I would get the larger size. I'd buy it again. ... show more

I love this hamper. I purchased it originally for its sleek design, but it’s an absolute must have. I’ve had wicker, cloth and plastic hampers. They would either get dirty, or the lining would fall apart, or moisture from towels would ruin them completely. With this hamper the design is super sleek and the cork top helps hide your dirty laundry in the best way! Also the lining easily comes off to wash. This is a great laundry bin, love the inner liner and the cork top is actually very nice as it looks quality and hides the laundry inside while allowing you to toss small items in quickly (and even stuff larger items in without taking the lid off, because why take two extra seconds to do that right? LOL). Like the white metal appearance, much better than any plastic or wicker type container and this holds a lot of clothes versus those formats as well!
