I really liked using the CLA but I was super bummed when I got to the bottom quarter of the container and it’s just in big clumps that won’t dissolve in water. So it has 50 servings in the container but I could probably only use 30 of them. I’m not sure why it’s in these hard clumps, but I would love to keep using this product, but not if I can’t even use the whole container ... show more

I really liked this powder! I was surprised because usually a jolt comes with these types of drinks. I mix one scoop in a shaker bottle for my commute home. Not jittery. Nice product. Totally recommend.

Been taking it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, everyday for 6 weeks. I think empty stomach is the best time for it's absorption (at least for me). When I go running now (just now noticed, this 6 week mark) I noticed I have a lot more fire to burn than I usually do. I can push harder longer or steady longer. I also noticed that my appetite is certainly suppressed, however, cavet be mental for me; if I smell food or want a stimulation from it, I want to eat. But as far as this goes, actual hunger is lightly numbed-- takes the edge off of it similarly to ketosis. The "I NEED TO EAT NOW" feeling. Thus, based on my experience, I recommend this product to all! Try it first thing in the morning before doing anything else! The only cons to this is that I do wish they didn't have acelsulfame and a few other unnecessary ingredients. Also, as others recommended, so far, I love Snow Cone Flavor! Am scared to try another flavor in case I don't like it as much haha ; hard to want to have it first thing if it wasn't good ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Let me start by saying absolutely love this supplement - it works! It’s been a staple in my weight loss journey. But if you want something that tastes good and is effective - DO NOT BUY “Rainbow ice” flavor. I switched it up from my usual snow cone flavor and I immediately regretted it. I don't think this will help you lose fat or weight if you're not working out. It's not a miracle worker like some of the negative reviewers think it is. But, if you do work out, this combination of supplements seems to burn fat and build muscle more so than just working out alone. Since taking this for a couple of months my weight has not really changed. Maybe I lost a couple of pounds. But what did happen is I have much faster recovery from exercise so I can workout more. And my belt size has gone down a notch or two while my muscle mass has increased. I can do a pretty big workout now (for my age that is!) and the days after I'm hardly sore at all. If I had done this workout in the past without this supplement I would be so sore I couldn't work out for days. Now I work out on a smaller scale daily and do a bigger workouts twice a week. After 2 months I'm up to 90 push ups in 2 sets now and am aiming eventually to get to 100 in one set. (We'll see about that!) And I'm old. Like early retirement old LOL. I also think this supplement curbs your appetite. I don't have cravings during the day after I take this in the morning. My cravings come back at night though, so I have to be careful not to go wild at dinner. I suppose I could take the supplement twice a day as the package suggests, but for now I'm just using it in the morning until I get my next physical and make sure it is not having any detrimental effects on my blood work. Now I will say, as others have noted, this powder is too sweet for my taste. So instead of mixing with 8 ounces of water, I mix it with 16 to water it down a bit. Works well enough for me. So I'd say if you're working out and have hit a plateau, give this a try. It should help with your recovery, fat burning and muscle building - and it may curb your appetite. This is the second time I've bought the BPI Sports CLA + Carnitine, and its a good product that does the job. I gotta say, I personally feel the snow cone is the better flavor though, as the fruit punch is not great. Its not as bad if you heavily dilute it with more water, but if you use less water? The concentrated fruit punch flavor is bad, and has a really poor after taste. I deduct one full star for the mediocre fruit punch flavor and the fact this doesn't dissolve super well in water. It has a tendency to clump up a little bit, which leaves some sediment at the bottom. ... show more
