I had bought the grandfather clock I liked it but for some reason it stopped working so I’m trying to call the company to exchange or a refund.Theres no option but get a refund and they charge you $80 for a restocking fee I will not recommend this at all not professional I haven’t heard from them

Keeps perfect time..But doesn't chime or make any sound. Tried everything and I mean everything to no avail. Contacted seller and they did e-mail me back. That's as far as I got. The craftsmanship is, well to be expected. For the price you get what you pay for.. My advice spend the extra quid and get a good quality clock.
