The media could not be loaded. Because FEDEX driver who delivered for me dropped every single box maliciously because its heavy i was at work as a delivery driver myself and the way he cared for my package was non existent. I hired a professional builder to build my media center fireplace snd he built in 1.5 hours … NOTE: there were two large screws missing to screw base of fireplace to secure it further on backside wood riser only held in by did screws currently. Would like those base screws scent to me. If videos ate needed for proof of poor delivery service i have ring cam footage … he had no qualms about dropping each one so sad I’m just glad this was do securely packaged! ... show more

I wanted a fireplace in a spot where it was found to be very hard to vent a propane unit. This was a great solution. I LOVE the effect and it is a very nice, sturdy piece. It took two of us about two hours to put together. The quality of the wood is very good. It is heavy duty. I haven’t even minded our cruddy and cold spring weather since I’ve been able to turn this on for ambience. That being said, I haven’t actually used it to heat the space yet. ... show more

Didnt have any problem on shipping and it arrived early that i expected..This is easy to assemble.me and my husband took only an hour to build this(i guess to hands is better than one).. just follow the instructions carefully and im sure you wont have any problem on it!
