⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5 stars) I ordered a brown office chair from YFO and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in just 10 days—well ahead of the promised 2–3 week delivery window. So, right off the bat, I was impressed with the shipping speed and was looking forward to setting up my new workspace addition. However, upon opening the box—clearly labeled as a brown chair—I found a gray version of the same model inside. While the style was correct, the color was not what I had ordered. I reached out to YFO immediately, letting them know I couldn't accept the gray chair since brown was what I specifically selected. Their customer service was responsive and informed me that the brown color had gone out of stock, which is why they sent the gray one instead. They offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. I felt that was a bit premature on their part and kindly declined, requesting to return the chair for a full refund instead—especially since I wasn’t notified in advance about the change. To their credit, YFO apologized for the mix-up, issued a full refund, and told me to keep the gray chair as a gesture of goodwill. While I appreciated their quick responses and willingness to make it right, I do wish they had reached out before shipping an item I didn’t order. A simple heads-up could have saved time on both sides and possibly redirected me to a different product that met my needs. Overall, YFO handled the situation professionally, and I give them credit for that. I hope they take this experience as feedback to improve communication moving forward—not just as a one-off refund but as part of enhancing their customer service approach.

This Big and Tall Office Chair is well made from quality materials. Overall the chair is comfortable, but both my husband and myself as both big and tall people, don't find the leg rest particularly comfortable. It hits us on our legs oddly. It took some time to assemble. The chair looks great and gives nice aesthetic to the room it is in. The height of the chair is good, as is the functionality of the chair. Definitely worth the listed price!

The thing my husband and I disliked about this chair was the assembly. The holes were not aligned properly which made it very difficult to put together we had to hold and push hard to get it to work. But the end result was lovely.

Overall, I’m quite satisfied with this office chair, especially considering the price. It’s comfortable without being oversized like many of the bulky chairs on the market today. I don’t know why jumbo chairs are so popular, but anyway, this one’s a great size. The materials are decent—the synthetic leather feels soft but has a nice texture. Assembly was smooth, taking me about half an hour without much stress. The flip-out leg rest is a cool feature, though it’s not the most comfortable for long lounging. Still, it adds a relaxing element that I appreciate. The chair seems well-built, and I haven’t had any concerns about sturdiness yet, though time will tell since I tend to be a bit rougher with my furniture. The instructions were clear, and I appreciated the extra screws and small parts they included. For the price, I think it’s a solid value, and I definitely recommend it based on my experience so far. If anything changes, I’ll update, but for now, I’m very pleased.
