Had to open the unit from the top and fix it myself because two of the three buttons had never been connected to the pressure switches inside. Took a good amount of careful force to realign them so I know this wasn't a shipping issue. This happened at the factory for sure. Hot water doesn't hold very hot for long sadly. Keeping it though because I don't plan to use it for hot water, just for room temp and chilled. They also have no phone number to contact for troubleshooting help just an email.

I found this water dispenser after a colleague recommended it to me. I love the nice design and it looks amazing in my living room once set up. The machine is lightweight and has great hot and cold functions! I'd like to share some advice. When buying a 50-gallon bottle, remember to check the size; not all 50 gallons will fit. Also, be sure to read the instructions after receiving it. Because I didn't read the instructions carefully, I ended up with a dry boil and the hot water wouldn't work. I almost thought it was broken, but I had to find a tool to reset it and it worked!
