Saw tons of 5 star reviews on this product so I purchased it. After using it for 3 days and following the directions it does not work as advertised. Dispenser does not make hot or cold water. Returning this product.

When the water cooler dispenser was received I followed the very limited directions. Cold and Hot buttons did not work. Ended up taking top off and found the the cold and hot were not hooked up. Once i performed this the cooler appears to be working.

I like this product a lot. The bottom loading is very convenient, no need to lift heavy water bottles. It saves a lot of energy for me. The design is simple and looks very modern, perfect for my living room. The three water temperatures are very useful—hot water for tea, cold water for summer, and room temperature for cooking.
