Purchased to replace metal basket air fryer and move to glass. Tried ninja crispy glass fryer but disliked the set up. Great in theory, but cooking with basket style is easier in my opinion, you can shake the basket to move product around. Crispy you have to remove the head and move product with tongs. Additionally, fryers cook in small batches, never having left overs to keep in the small fry bowl isn’t a benefit to me. The large size of the Boswell bowl/basket is great and holds more product. The unit is extremely quiet and heats and works well. I was excited to have a glass bowl to throw into dishwasher for easy cleaning. But the glass bowl and stainless steel rack clean so easily! I just add hot water with dish soap and let it sit for 20 minutes. Then everything just rinses clean, no scrubbing. Looks brand new!!! Why anyone thinks storing all the many Ninja crispy parts is a benefit, is beyond me. Buy the Boswell, save your money and enjoy!

Performance is top notch. If you want glass and no plastic and no cheap dangerous mystery metals that flake off, thieves is the solution. ONLY one drawback, — it is a bit heavy and clunky, but the trade off using safer container material is well worth it. Good value and temperature settings seem accurate and food comes out as expected. Not difficult to use if you follow simple directions. Thanks — highly recommend if you want a healthier glass container.

We had a Ninja Foodi air fryer for years and loved it. We aren’t just occasional users of the air fryer. We use it probably 4-5 times a week depending on if it’s lunch or dinner. We are trying to eliminate some of the not great things out there, like teflon. I researched and found good reviews on this one with the glass bowl and so far we are happy with its functionality. I was worried it wouldn’t be as efficient as our Ninja, but it is! It has good cooking speed and I like the many different heat levels. The unit is easy to use and really a value at this price point. Looking forward to all the crispy meals we get out of this unit.

Fantastic product! This is our third or fourth air fryer and the glass frying bowl is way better than the other metal ones we've had--no coatings to slowly leach into the food and goes straight in the dishwasher! When it comes time to replace this one, we'll definitely be buying another Boswell! Great product and a great buying experience. Also, we needed customer support because my wife dropped ours while putting it away. Instead of sending a replacement part, they sent us a new one for no charge! Excellent customer service!

I've had this air fryer for about a month. Overall, I like it, especially because of the size and the glass basket. I was mainly looking for those two features in an air fryer that had a low profile. This one fit the bill. What I don't love about it compared to the Gormia one I had previously is 1) no preheat option and 2) you cannot adjust time or temp during the cooking. You either have to wait until it's done and then start again or stop it and restart. But, to get the glass basket (over the teflon one in many others), I have adjusted to these features. It cooks well, is quiet, is easy to clean. It is definitely heavier than the metal/teflon basket, so you have to be careful when lifting it out.

This air Fryer is Amazing.First of all I love its big 7.5 qt capacity.Its perfect for any meal.The appliance is quiet, and it’s so so easy to clean afterwards.I really like its Modern Design making it look jazzy with all my other appliances.This has definitely become my favorite appliance., and it doesn’t even take up a lot of counter top space.I cannot tell you enough how pleased iam with this product.Its a must -have to any kitchen .I love it so much I’m gifting one to my mom and my sister.With such a great price , how could I not .Overall I’m one happy customer.

We purchased this air fryer due to it being glass and not toxic Teflon coating on at a high heat/hot surface. Problem is the surface area is smaller compared to what we had prior, we had a double basket… loved the basket size on the Teflon model. Anyway that’s one issue basket size. Another issue is the weight of the basket. Very heavy glass bowl. It’s understandable that it would be heavy due to the tempered glass. Another issue is the glass needs to cool down a lot before cleaning, and the metal tray is hard to get clean due to the small holes for air flow and draining of oils. This unit heats up fast/cooks fast and evenly, temperature control is high quality and the aesthetics is top notch. This unit has good and bad points for us. I hope to get use to this unit because I totally dislike toxic chemicals leaching into our families food. However the teflon unit was much more user friendly for size and weight . So size of cooking surface and weight is why we gave it a 4 star. Not for the quality of the working machine it works as it should .
