Got this to replace a fritzing OEM stereo. For the most part it's fine, it connects to Bluetooth, sounds great. I have a couple of beefs with it after having it for a year. 1 - This stereo doesn't display the time unless you push a button. If you don't need to see what time it is while you are driving, then that won't bother you. I really miss that feature from the original stereo. 2 - the volume resets to a relatively loud setting every time you start the car. I would prefer it remember what the volume was set to and keep it at that level. Again, not a huge deal, but I find it mildly annoying. 3 - The microphone pickup is terrible. I cannot use this as a BT call device - the mic pickup is awful, making my side of phone calls inaudible to the person on the other line. I have to pick up my phone and turn off the BT to take calls on the road. Not. Good. 4 - This last is a very minor bugbear, but it does exist. When listening to audiobooks, it tends to not pick up on the very first part of sentences after a break, like a paragraph, chapter, or sometimes a sentence break. Usually you can make out what was supposed to be there based on context, but sometimes you can't. I find that annoying as well. Long story short, it plays music just fine, but it's not a perfect device.

Overall this is a pretty decent radio for not a lot. The Bluetooth connects to the phone easily and the radio works well. Sometimes the cd player will stop playing about 2 minutes into the second track. It was easy to install in my jeep.

Disco lighting on unit is worthless, Numbers are NOT visible in sunlight. Some keys are very sensitive, providing errors.

A quality product for a reasonable price. I installed this unit in my travel trailer to replace a 26 year old stereo. Very happy with the sound quality and present day features offered. Would definitely recommend for an upgrade to the products offered by rv manufacturers even in new rv units.

Good deal for the price. I agree with the previous review ("Nice bargain unit"). Good upgrade for an old car. If you buy it and if you are going to install it yourself make sure you also buy a wiring harness, that is specially designed/wired for your specific car/model/year. It is VERY important for your new car stereo to work and not to mess up the electrical system of your car. This unit comes with only one part of the wiring harness, which plugs into the unit itself, and has the cords popping out free. You need the second part of the harness, desiged for your vehicle, SOLD SEPRATELY. No harness = no music. Pros: - Decent quality for the price - Powerfull and quite clean sound - No noticeable noise - Bright big letters on display (depending on color) - Looks good but not too expensive, so probably car thieves won't b that much interested to steel it from your car - Has all the necessary functions - AUX-in, USB and card reader work well, music is fine from all the sources - Different lighting colors - Has both FM and AM radio reception (long-distance AM is good in case of emergency) - Overal pleasant experience Cons: - The main turning knob is pooorly aligned (off-center axis) and sometimes rubs the unit - Some colors are too dim for the daytime, some are too bright for the nightime - Unit doesn't dim - Bluetooth reception is fine, but the mic in the unit doesn't give a good sound - The remote control works only when pointed directly at the unit, so practically usless.

Purchased June 2020 finally installed January 2022. All I can say is, WOW! I am blown away by the features for the price. It sounds very good with my new speakers front and rear. Installed in a 1994 Volvo 960 sedan and it is amazing the difference. My OEM unit was worn out, front speakers were blown, trunk mounted OEM 10 CD changer didn't work. This has completely breathed new life into my car. Wow, it is incredible. I would highly recommend this to anyone. If you're an aficionado or audiophile you would probably think, "yawn". But this does not sound cheap and I am amazed to find something that sounds this good with USB, CD/MP3 disc player, Bluetooth which paired perfectly and easily with my phone, plus an AM/FM radio which AM/FM is no longer commonly included with these types of head units. OK so I'm old school. But, I am totally pleased.
