When you add subwoofers, the wiring configurations can be easily matched to optimize the amp’s power output and the power handling. Meanwhile, the polypropylene and paper cone is sturdy with a rubber surround. It's best suited for 0.65 cubic foot sealed or 1.5 cubic foot ported enclosures. Use a sealed enclosure for a great, pounding bass or a ported enclosure for a solid, tight bass. The media could not be loaded. I have to say I was very surprised at how hard these things hit! With such little cubic feet of space required, you can be pleasantly surprised at how hard they will hit in a sealed box. I am only using a 800watt SSL amp to power these subs and so far after two weeks they are bumping without any issues. The Quality of these speakers coupled with an amp that has the capability of pushing them to their max is unbelievable for the price I paid. Aside from the sick LED candy blue light the sound quality and dump these speakers put out is worth it in itself, the LED lights are just a sweet topper. I highly recommend these speakers just make sure someone installs them who knows what they are doing for maxium and highest quality sound. ... show more

I only received one sub even though it says it is a “two pack”. Nobody else seems to have had the same problem, not sure what I am supposed to do.

Ordered these a few weeks ago, finally put it together in my car and it sounded amazing. But it only lasted 2 weeks and they blew. Not worth the money!

    • Watch the led light wires .
The speakers are nice but some how one of the wires for the lights broke because of being to close to the screw hole. I will say that they where delivered 3 days early, but the boxes where beaten up. I upload the pictures but for some reason file can't not be used. I don't know bought them to replace my 500w R2D4 12 inch Rockford fosgate. Pushing them with a Lanzar 6000wat VCT2610. I know I need to wire different , bridged in parallel and series in the box to keep 4ohm. In short my 03' escape doors are rattling but not giving the back rub like with the fosgates. I do need to check the dimensions of my boxes. Will let you know. ... show more

Boss Audio 12" DVC 1600watt sub sound great. They claim the speaker only need .65 ci air space. I built a box to go under my ram quad cad rear seats. I stuffed the box with poly filler and installed these subs.. sound very clear and bass hard.
