Amazingly effective, but note that it burns like your feet are on fire!!! Do not plan to use for "spa day" --these are intense, but if you can lean into it, you'll reap the benefit. Like the hottest wet towel you can imagine, but chemically induced (cool to the touch).

    • It’s like icy hot for your feet

At first the booties look huge but actually have a lot of room. When you slip them on the gel is cold. Be mindful on how you close the tabs, they do come unfastened but has no effect on how it works. I suggest rubbing your feet together to spread it around. After 10 minutes there was really nothing happening. So you can rub again. Between the 10-20 min mark you can feel slight tingling and the outer foil feels warm but inside still coldish gel. Now the last 10 minutes things happen fast. First lukewarm and then boom heat. Which sucks because you kinda want that warming sensation from the start. Package says no more than 30 minutes but it’s enough! When taking off the bootie, do so with a wiping motion to remove any excess. There was very minimal leftover I just rubbed around with my hands until semi dry. The smell isn’t overwhelming and didn’t have any effect on my hands. Now after the 40 min mark it’s still heat and tingles in open air. Overall it’s okay for an icy hot sensation. It does leave skin feeling nice and soft. But having to wait until the time is almost up kinda ruins the experience. Feet are somewhat less achy but in all honesty a foot bath would probably be better. ... show more

These feel great. When traveling or walking a lot more then normal, it is nice to have them when returning at night to help my feet feel better so I can sleep. Size was good. The tapes came off a couple but would just reattach so not a big deal. Really like them and have purchased a few times now.

I may update this review later, because I'm using them right now for the first time. They are messy; there's lots of products in the foot bags. The sticker to seal the bag around your ankle is not sticky. As you will see in the picture, I used duct tape. They're getting hotter by the minute. I was hoping that they would be hot, but with the natural oils and menthol like essential oil, they get pretty hot. We'll see how my feet feel after. ... show more

These are nice after a long day of being on your feet. My favorite part is the hour or so after I take them off. I have only used at night before bed and they help my tired feet get ready for the next day. They are not sticky but your feet will be wet for a while after.
