This is the shredder you want. It is very efficient and has taken on anything we put in it including those fake credit cards from the banks. We shredded an entire years worth of junk mail kept in a box after our other shredder was gifted to our son and we went looking for another one. The quality of the machine is top notch, it is very easy to empty, the cross cut makes little shreds instead of long strips, and the motor is very strong. Of the several we have owned over the years this one is by far the best. For what it cost it is a fantastic value. Highly recommended

I haven’t used it a lot o long term durability isn’t determined. It is really quiet , shreds fast and looks nice. The pull out waste container is easy to remove and reinstall. It is heavy and rolls nicely on the provided casters, which two of them have brakes. At this time I would buy again.

The media could not be loaded. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND SHREDDER!! I BOUGHT THERE HEAVY DUTY 16 PAGE SHREDDER. I had to replace the first one because of it being defective! And Now after just barely past the warranty period AND I MEAN ABOUT 1MONTH past the warranty I started having problems with the shredding. I barely used my shredder when it started jerking when shredding, started making a loud clicking noise, started making a loud squeaking sound started having issues with it pulling the paper in to shred. I started having problems with it auto shutting off (it kept running until I turned the power off manually). I contacted the manufacturer, submitted multiple videos at there demand, explained my issues and reminded them there own trouble shooting guide stated to stop using it and replace it. I asked them if they would replace it based on having so many issues and that they had to replace the first one sent to me AND THE FACT IT WAS JUST PASTED THE WARRANTY PERIOD. I was finally TOLD NO BECAUSE IT WAS PASSED THE WARRANTY PERIOD. You would think customer satisfaction in there product was and meant something to them!! SO BOTTOM LINE: THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT & THERE PRODUCT DOES NOT HOLD UP!!! For the money I Paid for this 16 sheet heavy duty shredder you would think it would have lasted longer than 13 Months!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THERE PRODUCTS!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEM!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE & QUALITY OF THERE SHREDDERS!!!!! BUYER BE WARNED!!!

Was the best paper shredder I ever used until it shut off, burn smell from a jam. I got over 21/2 years from this and it worked awesome. Unfortunately, these companies only have 1 year warranty: a sad scam to provide products with only a 1 year guarantee and no accountability to replace or repair. I would buy again with an amazon warranty attached....Wife got me another brand, so we shall see

BONSEN Store: Heavy Duty Paper Shredder, 16-Sheet Capable, Cross-Cut P-4, 60m Duty Cycle, Low Noise This product is a heavy-duty paper shredder that is capable of meeting the P-4 shredding standard. This shredder is capable of handling up to 16 sheets of paper simultaneously and is also capable of CDs and credit cards. Staples are not an issue for this shredder. This shredder is equipped with Auto-Start and Auto-Reverse functions. The Auto-Reverse function is designed to eliminate paper jams. Furthermore, this shredder automatically prevents overheating and overload situations. This shredder is capable of a full 60-minute duty cycle after which a 20-minute cool-down interval is required. This shredder has a 5.3-gallon collection bit which can be pulled out easily for disposal. The body of the shredder has a set of four (4) casters which allow the shredder to be easily moved, when needed. Finally, this shredder has a very quiet operation capability producing less than 60dB of noise when operating. I chose this shredder because of its 16-sheet shredding capability, its P-4 shredding capability, its large collection bin, and its low noise specification. I have not used it much, but that will change shortly. I hope all goes well.
