This thing is an absolute lifesaver. Not only can it shred for 60 minutes straight (maybe even longer) without getting overheated, but it's quieter than most of the fans I own (even when it's shredding cards). No gears or grinding or harsh sounds--just a very quiet hum. You do definitely have to make sure the papers you're shredding are oriented correctly to avoid them getting stuck (and avoid putting documents with staples or adhesive through), but as long as you do, this thing can handle loads of papers in no-time. It's super intuitive to use, and is pretty jam-resistant. I haven't had any issues with it, but am also very careful to make sure that all of the papers are loaded correctly/that there isn't anything going through that the manufacturer has recommended against, like adhesives, staples, etc.; and that all thicker materials (like credit cards) or smaller documents go through the appropriate feed. While it's definitely on the pricier side, it really was (and is) worth every penny. It might not look like an industrial shredder, but it definitely operates like one (and is SO much quieter than any shredder I've every encountered)! It is on the larger side, but it has (lockable) rotating wheels that make moving it around a breeze, and it isn't so heavy that you can't lift it up/carry it around (it does also have grooves/handles on the side to make lifting it easier). I really can't sing this thing's praises enough. It is such good quality--it's hard to believe there isn't a catch. I personally keep it in my car (I'm a professional organizer, and have found a big part of helping people declutter is shredding decades of sensitive documents that they no longer need, so keep it in the car so that I have it handy at any given session if needed), and don't have any difficulty getting it in or out, even with other things in the car. I try to be very careful with it, but occasionally other items in my car will fall over or bump into it, and it hasn't gotten scratched yet. I did a lot of research and comparison before deciding to buy this shredder, and it's by far the best in terms of "bang for your buck." It also seems to be one of the better reviewed shredders out there (almost every review I read about it from here gave glowing reviews, which I can't say about some of the seemingly similar products/brands). This thing truly is a beast/work horse. It's probably one of the best investments/purchases I've made, and I am so beyond glad that I decided to bite the bullet and buy this shredder.

GREAT little paper shredder. If you have lots of papers to shred, this works to chew them up into confetti size pieces in no time flat. I decided I needed to finally dispose of multiple years of stored financial records and old legal documents. I think I would still be shredding paper 3 months after starting with my old 8 page shredder, instead of the three days it took with the Bonsaii 200. While not as small as the little 8 pager machine, it doesn't take up much more room in my small office. And you can load as little as one sheet in the top slot, or as many as you want up to 200 pages stacked up under the flip-up top. I have had no major issues or mis-functions using it. And only one jam when using high volume operation, as it only feeds one page at a time and I had not removed a the staple form a four page group in the stacked bundle.

For now, just reviewing how the manufactor packaged it. 10 out of 10. this was packed so good, never seen this good of packaging. This should be the gold standered for how things are shiped. however the shipper put the box in a bigger box and didn't add padding so it wouldn't shift around. its a heavey item, needs some extra packaging to prevent it from moving around. I'll do another review for the product after I use it a while.

I love this little shredder. It’s amazing how fast it shreds on automatic. I had so many boxes of personal papers to shred and it’s done its job well. The wheels on the machine helps wheel it into a place with ease when not in use. A nice slide into the space I set for it. The only things I would request a change is the size and shape of the bin. I want able to find bags to fit the bin so I had to stretch garbage bags and it would be nice having a bit of a deeper bin. Seems to fill up quickly. So worth the money.

Love this shredder. Well packaged . Easy to set up., wheels are attached. Rolled it . Read the instructions. Plugged it in and tried her out. Like driving a BMW. Smooth, quiet, dignified. Smoothly.It shredded. Id put a bag in drawer to catch the debris. Opened drawer., removed bag. A done deal. I opened the top put in papers and shut it and she did the job. Papers are all gone, shredded the bottom.. I ordered her her special oil . Two kinds, shredder sheets and oil in squeeze bottle,. . When not in use, I keep her and unplugged and case we have lightning storms. I also have her plugged into a power surger. I do this with all of my Electrical equipment. Everything is on a surge protector. I have had other shredders which after a bit refused to come on and were a challenge to feed. I decided on this one because a review said it said it had a wider feeding slot at the top. Yeh!!!!! Plus it shreds a pile of paper put into the top. It is a wow.

This is the third shredder I have purchased in the last couple of years. This one is BY FAR the most functional I have had. It is not noisy and shreds paper quickly. It will shred single sheets through the top of the shredder or large stacks in the paper bin.
