Description

Camco's RhinoFLEX 20-foot RV Sewer Hose Kit with RhinoFLEX hose and swivel fittings is a Ready-to-Use kit made with the toughest hose you can buy. The two hoses are made of sturdy polyolefin and are reinforced with steel wire. They are collapsible, and you only have to extend as much hose as you need. This kit features bayonet fittings with four prongs for a more secure fit. The fittings are permanently attached to the hose for a no leak experience. Included is a transparent elbow with an easily detachable 4-in-1 adapter for connecting to 3-inch slip or 3-inch, 3-1/2-inch and 4-inch NPT threaded sewer connection. The kit also includes a storage cap for each sewer hose end. The hose assemblies compress for storage, and once the 4-in-1 adapter is removed you can store the hose in standard 4-inch square bumpers.

Our old “stinky slinkies” gave up the ghost after just two seasons and anointed us with less-than-clean “water”, so we sprang for a “premium” drain hose. The feature that allows this hose to collapse and stay retracted is nice for storage if when you don’t need the full 15’. The included 90 degree clear angle fitting is a nice feature as you typically have to buy them separately. The bayonet style connector at the RV end seems to fit better than previous hoses. Secure, but doesn’t take two men and a boy to connect or disconnect it. Been using it frequently for a few months now and it is working great. I suppose two or maybe three seasons of use is likely all you’ll get out if any hose. Especially since we can be camping for several months at a time and using the hose to dump our tanks at every campground. Two or three times a week. I really can’t think of any way ykk ok improve upon this product except perhaps baking if durable enough to last ( or ten years under normal use. ... show more

We've had this product before and had to replace it. Instead of buying a different brand, we returned to this one bc it still held up well for the amount of use it got and the sun exposure endured. Bonus, this version has a REMOVABLE clear elbow (clear so you can be sure the tank is being cleaned out) with a swivel connection which makes it much easier for maneuvering and twisting the hose to avoid kinks or awkward positions. Each end, as well as the elbow connection point, has the RV twist lock for securing in place, and the hose itself can collapse down and sort of snap into form so it can be "compressed and downsized" if the whole length isn't necessary. It's lightweight, but seems thick and durable based on our previous use, and is a pretty decent price. Overall, it does what it's expected to. The most important thing for a hose like this to do is to keep the you-know-what inside it, on the way to the sewer or septic tank. It needs to be strong, have strong latches, and have a smooth interior. It needs to be easy to clean, and it needs to be able to connect to your camper. What more can I say except that this RhinoFLEX RV hose allowed me to dump my tanks without any issues! No complaints with this product, although I wonder why they made the elbow out of clear plastic? I guess someone out there likes to watch their sewage and toilet paper as it drains from their tank.

This hose is really great; it fits perfectly in the rear bumper of our camper and the way that it scrunches together and remains rigid makes it much easier to handle. Plus it comes with what looks like every adapter you may ever need. Highly recommend.
