  • I’m surprised at what I just wrote
Color: 8" Chef Knives
As somewhat of a knife snob, I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised by this one! I realize this is one of those white label Chinese knives that are mass produced in China and marketed under various brands. I bought this knife on sale for $49.99 (typically $99.99) along with a similar looking knife by a popular brand for $159.99. Aside from the branding and packaging, these knives are indistinguishable. I kept the Zennish knife because of the significant price difference. I am extremely impressed with this knife! The fit and finish is pretty much flawless. If the advertising is accurate, it’s made of a high-quality Japanese steel with a high Rockwell hardness. The shape of the bolster is similar to my Zwilling Pro and offers exceptional comfort and control with the pinch grip. Out of the box, it was incredibly sharp. It passed the tomato test and the paper test with flying colors and is honestly the sharpest chefs knife I’ve tried, and I’ve tested dozens. The blade profile lends itself nicely to a rocking motion, which is my preferred method of cutting. It’s also a little taller than most, which is nice for transferring product from the cutting board to the cook top. I highly recommend this knife at the price point of $49.99. I’d stay away from the brands that sell at $159.99 when you can get the same knife for less than 1/3 of the price. I look forward to seeing how this knife stands up to the test of time. Now go chop some veggies! ... show more

  • love it
Color: 6" Fillet Knife
I recently purchased the Zennish fillet knife, and I am beyond impressed with its quality and performance. This knife is truly a resilient warrior, designed to withstand the test of time. The 67-layer Damascus steel structure provides exceptional corrosion and rust resistance, and with a hardness rating of 60HRC, it remains incredibly sharp and durable even with frequent use. One of the standout features is the full-tang construction, which ensures perfect balance. This makes it a trusted companion for chefs, fishing enthusiasts, and grocery store owners alike. The G10 carbon fiber composite handle offers excellent stability and grip, unaffected by temperature and humidity. Whether I’m doing prolonged boning or delicate slicing, my wrist remains comfortable and fatigue-free. The knife’s sharpness is outstanding. The blade is hand-sharpened to 16 degrees per side, ensuring precise and effortless cuts. The graceful curve of the blade glides through fish seamlessly, allowing for perfect fillets without damaging the delicate flesh. It’s incredibly versatile, easily removing chicken skin and offering more flexibility than a traditional chef’s knife. The "Flowing Clouds" Damascus pattern adds a touch of elegance, making this knife not only a high-performance tool but also a piece of art in the kitchen. Zennish has paid meticulous attention to quality control and inspection, and the knife comes in a beautifully prepared gift box, highlighting its nobility and delicacy. ... show more

  • Awesome
Color: 6" Boning Knife
When I first got this knife I wasn’t sure I would like it. It’s heavier than the other boning knife I have and isn’t flexible. However after using it I LOVE it. It does an amazing job and requires less sharpening.

  • Well crafted and balanced
Color: 6" Boning Knife
Not sure how or why this is called a Japanese knife given that it has made in China one the blade. Regardless, it is a beautiful well crafted piece. Great balance and arrived pretty sharp.

Color: 6" Boning Knife
This is a BEAUTIFULLY boxed and presented knife. Slap a bow on it and you're ready to go. It is, as good knives go, reasonably priced.
