Grandson loves the dirtbike. Had a few troubles when we first assembled and contacted the seller. They sent additional videos to help us. Then 4 months later, a piece of the chain fell off and I contacted them again and they sent us a new chain tensioner. The bike is working great again. I'm giving them 5 stars for their customer service because they took care of us and stayed in contact until the bike was back in service and made sure that we were satisfied. Thank you!!!

The bike itself is well worth the money. Very impressed for the price. 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because the graphics and plastics are cheap and pealed almost immediately. However, like I said the bike is fantastic and I would buy again without hesitation. Also, 4/5 because they ship with FedEx which is a pain in the xxx for where we live, which delayed the delivery by several days. Overall, buy the bike you’ll be pleased with it. My 8 and 3 yr old are ripping on it. We’ve had it for a few weeks and are looking to get gas bikes already.

Works great. I’ve experienced none of the problems with the chain slipping off that other people have complained about. It has plenty of power to pull me along and I weigh just under 200 pounds. My daughter is seven and it’s actually a little small for her however she is large for a seven year-old. I recommend this mini motorcycle for any child between five and seven years old.

My son just turned 4 and has been begging for a dirt bike. The slowest speed on this one is the perfect speed for learning. He picked it up within a day. My 6 year old daughter loves it as well. It’s perfect for this age range.

Bike came packaged great, looked awesome. Followed all booklet instructions for installation of handle bars, front fender and front tire.. there were no instructions regarding the front suspension. All looked secure and tight prior to delivering the gift. With in 30 minutes of my son being on the bike the entire front end fell off and the front forks hit the dirt, my son went head first over the handle bars.. terrible design, bolts of front end fell out. Not secure.

Good bike. However, my husband had to rig a part to keep the chain stable because it kept popping off. I'm talking like every few minutes it was coming off. I feel like for the price point this is unacceptable. He spent $13 on getting it stable enough to stay on. The company should definitely look at their design and fix this issue since other reviews indicate that it is a recurring issue. Definitely worth keeping, but only because I have someone who knew how to stabilize the chain otherwise I would be returning. The lights are really cool at night and because of the different speed settings, it is suitable for my 6 year old.
