  • BOG Deathgrip Infinite Aluminum
Set name: Aluminum
Exactly what I was wanting. It's authentic BOG Deathgrip Infinite Aluminum and it was a good bit cheaper at Amazon than it is Elsewhere, Easy to Use and Setup. The Weight is Perfect, Stability is Great and Very Versatile.

  • Not as heavy as you would think
Set name: Aluminum
I haven’t seen a whole lot about the actual weight of this tripod, so I figured I would share. I’ll start by saying, this is referencing the aluminum infinite with the death grip. You can use this tripod with the grip or hooked straight to an arca rail. At ~250 that was paid for this, it’s the best deal you’ll find on an infinite with the grip as well. Total weight of this tripod with the grip included was 8lb 4.5 Oz measured on my kitchen scale. Sure, it’s a tad heavy. But where this tripod really shines is when you take the death grip off and just use the straight arca hookup. The grip alone weighed in at 1 lb 14.3 oz. That leaves the tripod WITHOUT the grip head just under 6.5 pounds, which is very reasonable. Overall this tripod is very nice and versatile, and I would definitely recommend it for someone who wants a solid tripod at a reasonable price. Think twice before you spend the extra $ on the carbon, especially if you plan on going straight arca to it. ... show more

  • Love this helps me make better shots.
Set name: Aluminum
This is great!! I had a Bog death grip but it didn't have the 360 head so I ordered the Infinite and you can lock it down with minimal movement where the other had alot more movement. It was still good but not as good as the Infinite.

  • Only one problem
Set name: Carbon Fiber
Well built, many reviews on this. Wanted to comment on 4 things I saw in the negative reviews. Leg locks twist in a logical direction, lefty loosy. The only way I see to get the twist insert to malfunction is to just keep loosening it consistently. My 9yr old maneuvered the legs with no problem, so that one is user error. The bag fits the pod with the death grip on perfectly, but the bag is directional, so if you insert it the wrong way it won’t fit…again user error on the negative bag reviews. The reviews about the knobs not being intuitive, I just don’t get this, they’re different sized and placement, very intuitive even in the dark; my kids were able to move and tighten the gun in the dark just fine. Lastly the reviews about stripping the ball head screw are spot on however. The issue is that you never know when the ball is tight because the ball gripper is plastic and not machined to the ball. It’s constantly feeling tight and then the gun tilts. So after using it a while my instinct was to keep torquing down the ball head screw. My guess is it strips eventually and the ball head will need replaced. One overlooked plus of the carbon is if you hit it while hunting it doesn’t make that ping sound of aluminum, so big plus with the carbon. Taking off one star for the ball head. ... show more

  • Last one I will ever need
Set name: Carbon Fiber
I bought this for my husband’s birthday. He was so excited he played with it for hours the day it came in. After he set it up, he took pictures and sent them to his brothers and several friends bragging about it. He can’t wait for vacation to ho use it. It is made with premium parts and it’s extremely sturdy. It moves yo any position you need it to and locks into place. You can raise it to a good 6 1/2- 7 foot. ... show more

  • This is a Beast
Set name: Aluminum
This tripod is a beast. Holds my AR10A2 with a 24" barrel level without moving until I released the ball tension knob after 2 weeks.
