I love this new addition for the detailed worksheets. I would like to have a pdf copy of the worksheets to use with my clients, as it is difficult to make a photo copy of the pages. Please provide this for those of us who have purchased the book already. Much appreciated.

I didn’t like the exercises. They were a little less detailed than I thought but I’m sure this will be helpful with my adult clients who have difficulty with their thinking patterns.

  • need a spiral bound of this book
I love the book! However a colleague of mine cannot find the spiral bound edition, I must have purchased one of the last ones. Does anyone know if there is anywhere that there is a spiral bound edition available?

  • I use these all the time with my clients!
My colleagues and I love this workbook and we make copies for our clients all of the time. It's especially helpful when having them track their distorted thinking and try to figure out the antecedents/triggers, feelings, behavioral responses, and consequences linked to them. This then assists them with altering their thinking, often by discovering and challenging their beliefs tied to these. Highly recommend! ... show more
