I was skeptical but bought this device because it was cheaper than seeing a doctor. I haven’t used it consistently and it has helped. I looked at some YouTube videos on how to use it, but I can’t say I followed the form perfectly since my half-assed way worked well enough.

The item was supposed to be light but with my injury it doesn’t seem like it is. I can say it’s just like the one in my OT classes and I also practice at home. Having one at home is reinforcing what I learn in class.

Stinky! I couldn't wash the smell off my hands and the smell made my lips numb! I left it outside until I could repackage it with rubber gloves on to return. I want it out of my house.
