Style: Without Leverage Bench
I've had a Smith machine with pulleys for many years. It was a great way to lift heavy weight at home with limited risk of injury. Over the years, the strain from a vertical Smith machine proved to be too much for my shoulders, and squats and shoulder presses had an awkward range of motion that stressed my joints. So I decided to take the plunge and try leverage - they've worked great for me at gyms, but there aren't a lot of options for home use. Bottom line: IF you're aging out, lift heavy at home, or need something that starts most exercises in a prone position, this machine is for you. It's truly excellent, and I've been lifting for 20+ years and seen it all. The pulleys are crazy smooth and the carriage has an excellent range of motion. Handles 350+ on the carriage, no problem. Handles 200+ on the pulleys, no problem. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I gave it a month before leaving this review because I wanted to make sure it wasn't too good to be true. This is a solid, all in one piece of gym equipment. I do everything on it, shoulders, chest, arms, abs, legs(including leg press), and of course calves. I purchased this due to multiple injuries (blown tricep, lower back disk issue...) the list goes on but let's just say that after 30+ years of bodybuilding and powerlifting your body has a way of making you back off if you don't listen to the signs. I really miss doing the crazy heavy stuff and it made me feel like garbage not being able to. This was the first time I've used a piece of equipment that I really have been able to get some of that feeling back. Not to the point where I'll be doing 500lb inclines but just enough to keep what muscle I have. It fits perfectly in a garage and is very solid build. It was honestly a breeze to put together just time consuming. It took about 2 hrs by myself and I dint get frustrated as I have in the past from other equipment with poor directions. This thing had everything spelled out with pictures(For my fellow Marines). I recommend this 100%.

Assembly wasn’t too bad, did it on my own with no assistance. The directions themselves are terrible, but rely on the photos and it comes together. The unit performs better than it feels. It’s versatile, has added a lot of lifts and movements I couldn’t do with a bench, rack, barbell, and dumbbells. Better value than its competitor too, especially if you already have a bench. Overall I would buy again.

This thing comes as advertised. It fits perfectly in my garage and was not as tall as I expected, just under 7 ft. It took me about 3-4 hours to assemble the entire thing. It was a little difficult getting the arms on by myself, but I made it happen. Also, the tools provided aren't the greatest, and left my hands hurting for a while afterwards. Nevertheless, I was able to assemble it all by myself. As far as the mechanics, this thing is butter smooth! The arms, the wires, everything works perfectly, and you can adjust between exercises with ease. Since my gym has been closed, this thing has been a life saver. I'm so glad I got it!

So far after 1 yr seems to be a good piece of equipment.Assembled the product myself took about 3 hours,product is very stable and i use around 300 pounds for squats and bench presses and i see no problems,but i typicall leave some weights on the builtin side weight trees,and i recommend you buy a separate weight tree for your weights,since the weight tree on the product can be inacessible when doing certain excercises if u want to remove 45 pound plates in the middle of certain excercises. In addition expect a bit more difficulty with performing squats and bench presses since for both excercises you are starting the excercise in the more difficult positionof that excercise called the "sticking" position.The sticking position for the squat is the down position of the squat where you are pushing back up,and on this machine you are start from the buttom squat position and pushing up to start the excercise which is more difficult to do but would imagine this making you stronger.Samething for the bench press,you are starting the excercise in a simulated position where the weight is almost like it is resting on your chest and you are pushing the weight up and this is your starting point which again is the sticking point of the bench press and the most difficult part of that excercise. So all in all this may make sure stronger in the end,so this equipment is above the home gym level but not at the commerical level but right in between those levels but should be long lasting since this wont enocounter the wear and tear that would occur in a commercial environment like a healthclub.So great piece of equipment that allows you to get maximum contraction without needing a spotter,so you can work out with the maximum amount of weights without the fear of getting stuck during the movement,you can workout safely without fear of this! I dont give out 5 stars for any products,4 stars is my maximum ..

I couldn’t be happier with the gym! Worth the money as you can work every body part with it. My only gripe is that the horns don’t secure onto the bench bar, and wiggle off when you change the plates. They appear to be two inches longer to accommodate more weight. I can imagine having to replace them before anything else. But seriously, this gym is reuniting a love affair with lifting. It’s a gym to make your neighbors jealous.

The product arrived in 3 well-packaged boxes with all the tools necessary to put it together. It is good quality material and very sturdy. It took around 3 hours to put together and it's definitely a 2 person job. The instructions are fairly easy to follow and all the pieces fit together very nicely. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now and haven't had any issues. It's a really nice product.
