Excellent fridge! I bought two of these together to replace my old refrigerator which was 22 years old. Call me weird, but this was something that fits my needs. Upright freezer next to them. Anyway, they were delivered carefully and arrived with no issues or damage. The cooling system works really great and keeps everything at a perfect temperature. This refrigerator worked well for about 9 months then the fan went out and it will only cool to the upper 50 degrees F. I have contacted the company and they requested pictures. I sent the pictures along with the order information for proof of purchase. They said they would be back in contact but never emailed me back. I can't get anyone on the phone. 2 weeks later they emailed me that the Customer service rep working the case had resigned. I resent all the information and it's still been a week and I have not received a response. Horrible customer service. I now own a $850.00 paper weight so I am contacting amazon to see if they will contact the seller because they are not answering their phones. The refrigerator is still within the 1 year manufacturers warranty. The company appears to know that the fan is a problem but they have not fixed it. I would not purchase anything from a company that has such awful customer service. If they contact me I will update this review. UPDATE: It's going on 3 months and still don't have a fan...

I ordered the cooler for hoe use. First one came with 3 of 4 top corners damaged (UPS Shipping). Looked like it had been re-packed at some point. Amazon return was easy with them coming out and picking up the damaged cooler,. Refund was processed within a couple of days. Ordered a replacement (slightly different model as the one I originally ordered was no longer available) and it came within a couple of days (Amazon delivery) after placing order - No damage. Easy to get set up and love the cooler. Keeps the drinks (beer and white & sparkling wine) nice and cold. A little noisier than expected, but still well within an acceptable level - about what you would expect from a small refrigerator. Highly recommend. 4 stars only due to need to reorder.

This is a great beverage frig! Shipping was an issue. Amazon fulfills this order and sent it UPS. The frig weighs 150 lbs and UPS delivers up to 140 lbs. It was sitting at the UPS warehouse where I had to call and track it down and go to pick it up and we had to pick it up. Not easy! The box was slightly damaged and where it was damaged there were dents on the sides of the frig and the handle. Amazon said the only solution was to return the frig. I wanted a little bit of a credit to keep a damaged item but Amazon would only return it. Not an easy item to return. I got in touch with Bodega and they were GREAT to work with. I got a call back the next day after leaving a message. They worked with me and we are keeping the frig. Bodega Customer Service was awesome...Amazon not willing to help with any compensation, just willing to return.
