Love, love, love this body pillow! It's soft and it doesn't flatten. Very comfortable and it's not overly fluffy like the "My Pillow" version. The only down side is that it doesn't say you can throw it into the washing machine like I can with the "My Pillow" one can. Still recommend it.

After trying numerous body pillows in search of the perfect combination of length, support, comfort, and flexibility, I can honestly say this one checks all the boxes. The size is perfect. It lets me comfortably sleep on my side with my arm draped over the top and my leg over the bottom without feeling bulky or awkward. It provides just the right amount of support and firmness—supportive enough to keep me comfortable, but not so firm that it feels stiff. The pillow is white and comes with a soft gray pillowcase featuring an envelope closure, which is a nice bonus. The instructions recommend waiting 24–48 hours for the pillow to fully expand, but I couldn't wait! I gave it a good shake to distribute the filling as evenly as possible. There doesn't appear to be a zipper to adjust the fill manually, but after letting it sit on my couch for a few hours, I fluffed it further by placing it in the dryer on low heat with a dryer ball for about 20 minutes (along with the pillowcase). It came out looking and feeling great. After putting the pillowcase on, I settled in for an afternoon nap and had one of the best sleeps I've had in a long time. I got these a couple of months ago and I'm surprised how well they're keeping their form. So far they're not getting squished down like all of my other cotton filled ones did. These are a game changer for me. No weird smell from the foam, easy to fluff, thickness is great but you can always move the foam around to customize where it's thicker/thinner if needed. I hesitate to rate so early as I've only had it about a week, slept with it for four nights. And its fine. Pretty much as advertised, no surprises, which I feel like these days is a plus. Its not terribly thick pillow, which I think is a plus being a stomach sleeper who needed a bolster for my leg and torso in the half side, half stomach sleeping position. Cover is soft and cozy. My instructions say fluff, bend and let rest for 24 hours. It’s been 24 hours, and it definitely doesn’t have much firmness at all. I’m quite disappointed. I’ll give it another 24 hours, with hopes that it gets more firmness.

The material of this pillow has a cooling effect that feels so good when you lay down with it. I’m a side sleeper so it’s a perfect way to keep my hips aligned and keeps me from twisting my back and hips while sleeping. My back pain has gone down because I’m not sleeping in a weird position anymore.
