I liked the ease of use. I READ THE DIRECTIONS. Set it-up as instructed. Had no problem downloading the app, setting up the WIFI, then it works VIA Bluetooth on the phone with the app. I decided to really test it. I put a 32 oz Plastic Bottle of water in. Couldn't stand it up because it's not tall enough UGH. I turned it all the way to -6 Degrees On the Maximum setting. It started cooling, and with-in 20 min it reached -6. I turned it to the lowest ECO setting, and it froze that bottle with in 35 minutes. The ambient temp was 75 Degrees. I bought this for a 2018 Tesla Model 3 because these Crowdfunding manufactures want $500+ for one they say is made for it, but who knows if you'll ever receive it. BIG gamble, plus I wanted something NOW. The size is a Perfect Fit with plenty of air space so it can breath. I've been testing it for 3 weeks in the car. It has worked flawlessly. I've had it in CAMP Mode many times while sleeping and the Power Drain was much less than I expected. On the ECO setting witch is all you need after it reaches your temp, it drained approximately 1% per Hour. Thats is Excellent because the last cooler I had would use between 5-8% per hour. That's wasn't expectable. Even using all that Power it struggled to keep the contents to 35-38 Degrees. THIS COOLER has NO PROBLEM keeping everything to any temp you want. I've even made Ice many times in the Ice tray. I highly Recommended this product to anyone especially if you have a Tesla. The 21 Quart (20 Liter) is the one that fits in the back SUB TRUNK. If you buy the 27 Quart, it will fit side to side, but you can't put put the top on the Sub Trunk. (To Tall) Maybe you don't care. Size tall is the difference between standing up your 32 oz bottles, and having to lay them down. It was a problem for us. Very happy with it, and would buy another. Hope this helps.

The cooling performance is amazing, with an adjustable range from -4°F to 68°F—perfect for keeping drinks icy in summer and food warm in winter. Updated: I absolutely love this car refrigerator! It has been a total game changer for our family, especially when we take long road trips with our baby. I use it to store her milk bottles and fresh fruits, and it keeps everything at the perfect temperature the whole time. The size is just right compact enough to fit easily in the car, but spacious enough to hold everything we need. I was impressed by how quickly it cools down. I looked at electric coolers for awhile before settling on this particular brand/model. I picked this one because 1. it had relatively good reviews (despite only having a couple hundred at the time and many not very helpful), 2. for $250 I was willing on taking a chance on this off-brand, I'm not ready to drop a grand on Dometic just yet, and 3. the size is perfect for my truck- weather its a road trip, camping, a BBQ at the park. I received my cooler at the beginning of May and it's been plugged in ever since. I'm not actually planning on having this thing in continuous use, but circumstances and me just wanted to test the this things durability, this thing hasn't given me any problems. I hope I'm not jinxing myself here. First week of May received and immediately wanted to test out and threw some stuff inside and waited to see how well it cooled. Not disappointed, temp was within a couple degrees of set temp. We were in the middle of a move out of state and living in a small temp rental after selling house, with a small fridge and just a bit too small for a few things, so we kept in the cooler. I bought a portable 500W, 505Wh/140400mAh power station for those trips to the park and where ever power isn't readily available. I ran this cooler on the battery for 24hrs on the H setting at 25 degrees F, everything was cold. It's now July 17th and the cooler was awesome for our 2000 mile journey to our new home- 6 days on the road and we had everything we needed- nice and cold! I have a 12v plug that stays on when the car isn't on, and didn't even worry about it when we stopped to eat of check out the sights. As long as you have a good battery in your car, you shouldn't have any issues. I hope this thing lasts, so far it's endured continuous use since the beginning of may and feel I've already got my monies worth already. It time for a break though till the next trip!

I have 2 other electric coolers from different brand, but I bought this because of the size it fits in my service truck much better. Unfortunately after one week of use it shut off and will not turn back on. The company has been very helpful in trying to troubleshoot the product and they are currently sending me a new cooler. I will update again once the new cooler arrives to give another review once tested. Been using it for little more than a week since the new cooler has arrived and it is working perfectly. Update, Another failed cooler. This one lasted for about 3 weeks of use. This cooler is powered up but will not cool. I would not recommend this product after 2 coolers failed after short periods of use.
