We recommend setting the preset temperature to about 45-50C, which is ideal for the body. And it usually takes a total of 15-20 minutes to reach the ideal temperature in summer and 25-30 minutes in winter.(Including 10 minutes preheating)

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this sauna because it is a great price compared to similar saunas. Also love that it plugs in to a regular outlet and has not tripped my breaker. Also I needed a sauna that reached 150° and this one hits that with about 25 minutes pre-warm before I get in. It’s very spacious for one person but a small couple could also fit in comfortably. It came packaged perfectly and I put it together by myself. The instructions could be made more clear and include more details. I ended up with a lot of leftover screws : / but everything works fine. It looks great in our master bedroom. I love it! I would recommend this sauna to anyone looking for one. I’m not sure what I’m looking at in my EMF readings so I’ll let you all be the judge by looking at my video. ... show more

Overall, my experience with the sauna had its ups and downs. The packing of the glass was poor, resulting in two shattered side panels upon arrival. Additionally, the assembly directions were unclear and confusing, making setup a challenge. However, after multiple exchanges with the seller, they were responsive and eventually sent the correct replacement panels, albeit after a few hiccups and a couple of weeks of back-and-forth. I appreciate the seller's efforts in resolving the issue, and now that the sauna is properly assembled, it's working well. Moving forward, I would recommend the seller to improve packaging with more protection and clear fragile signs, as well as to provide better assembly instructions to enhance the overall customer experience. ... show more

My review with videos and explanation of why I poorly rated this item was removed. This should tell you something about this product. All I can say is that im trying to send back mine because it doesn't work. They sent me a replacement part and still does not work. Go use your hard earned money to anything with reputation and backed up quality. This is China quality if you know what I mean. ... show more

I love my Sauna. Would of given it 5 stars except for one issue. Delivery was easy and instructions were also easy. Everything is labeled and takes 2 people for sure. It gets up to 150 degrees. The panel that is behind our legs, behind your knees doesn't work. The company has been great at responding and has sent us numerous pieces trying to fix it. We are not electricians, some of these fixes most people can't do so it still isn't working. I still love it and it does work but when you pay a certain price you want all of it to work. The last option to try and fix means we really would have to take most of it apart and we aren't doing that. So try and check every little piece before you put it together.
