We are very happy with this pergola! It was well packaged, the instructions were easy to follow, and everything fit together nicely. It looks great in our backyard, feels sturdy, and has completely transformed our outdoor space. Great value for the price! Need extra hands to put together

This is a must buy if you're looking for pergola on your deck or patio. Looks awesome and is not too bad to assemble.

I was initially concerned as the item was originally delivered incomplete. However, a quick inquiry with Amazon and contacting the seller, I was updated with additional delivery dates for the full package. The packages all arrived, the customer service was great, and the finished Pergola looks great! The quality is pretty good for the overall great price. Especially when comparing this product to other similar options. In particular, we almost purchased a similar Pergola at Sam’s Club. Same dimensions, but it had a power strip attached. The Sam’s Club version was 1k, so this one was much cheaper, despite it being basically the same thing.

We are so pleased with this product! We are in our 70's and assembled ourselves, working several hours a day for a few days. The pieces fit perfectly, and instructions were clear. It looks great, and we would highly recommend!

This product (12x14’) was delivered in 3 boxes which arrived together ahead of schedule. I decided to hire a couple of contractors for the assembly. Pay close attention to the measurements because they refer to the very longest beams across the top. The footprint is approximately 2 entire feet shorter so I was disappointed because it feels smaller than expected. I measured it to be sure that they didn’t send the wrong size :( I do like the way it looks and it looks like the photos EXCEPT I was missing a piece to connect the beams in the middle overhead and they did not include any anchoring screws to anchor to concrete!!! That actually made me angry because there are anchoring brackets. I guess they expect you to just figure it out magically! #hassle

Very sturdy, well made, a bit heavy, instructions are easy to follow. Need 2 or more people to put it together. Some knowledge of construction will help. Need 24 in base for post if you’re going to put it in the ground.

This looks great in our backyard! Pretty easy to assemble. My husband and I attached all the prices together prior to additional help coming to fully assemble. Need at least 3 people. 4 is ideal.
