Functionality, print quality, was great. If you have a small working area, this is just the perfect size. Customer service is great and can help you along the way. First of all, make sure you have internet service, then download the labellife application to your phone and your bluetooth is "on". Once you do this, open the Labellife application and follow the instructions to connect the printer. These are the steps I took on my own, and I don't mean these are the steps from the company. This is the best purchase I have made in a long time and quite frankly I am mad at myself for not doing it a year ago when I first saw it! I have spent so much money on printers, ink, paper and tape over the years when it was only used for labels. I have spent days, maybe weeks combined troubleshooting regular printers. So I was trying to get rid of a few things around the house and decided to throw them up on eBay. Definitely not the first time I have sold things on eBay but having to attach paper labels covered in tape was a pain in my butt. Found this little printer which seemed small and compact enough to do its job but not take up any room if it was not being used. Well since buying it I have sold all except for one thing that I threw up on eBay and this thing makes it so much easier. I just save the labels from eBay as a PDF open the app for this printer import PDF make sure it's set to 4x6 labels and sell it to print. It prints flawlessly and very quickly. I just lit the stack of labels kind of sit behind it and it just pulls one as it needs it. No issues with smudging or anything with it being a thermal printer and Prints very precisely. No issues with connection or reconnection on either my Android phone, iPhone, windows, Mac, or even Linux computer. I have only printed my eBay labels from my Android but I have printed test documents on all the other devices all of which came out fine. ... show more

We bought this unit to use in one of our small annex warehouses for USPS, Fedex, and USPS shipping labels. It was light, easy to set up, and worked perfectly out of the gate. We've run about 150 labels through it with no issue thus far. We've used it through both iphone via bluetooth and a desktop via hard wire. It's easy to toggle back and forth. Would definitely buy again. Labels are cheap on here - 500 for under 20 dollars. Much cheaper than ink cat ridges for our OfficeJets. ... show more

So far it works well. It helps me with my online stores on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and Vinted. It seems to connect with the printer paper very well. Except for some folding and crumpling which is probably not a big deal as it'll just stick onto the package
