I purchased this for a friend who was looking for a chair for bigger folks. They said it was easy to assemble and everything fit great and even the height of the chair was perfect. They said it felt sturdy and did not make any noise when sitting in or reclining. They said they really like the reclining ability with the leg rests. As far as complaints they did not really like the lumbar pillow saying it was too hard, and they also said due to the shape of the seat it's kind of was uncomfortable to sit in at times and that you really could not do much about it because the seat frame was hard plastic.

The assembly was not too difficult, but a second pair of hands makes a big difference when attaching the back. Don't be discouraged when you see that the legs are in multiple pieces, they are actually very strong and connect with just a little extra effort. The lumbar cushion adjusts easily to fit your back, but the neck pillow isn't as easy to adjust. I ended up attaching it at the top of the headrest thanks to my height. The seat is comfortable enough, but I do wish it was a touch softer. Maybe once it wears in a little it won't be so firm. The chair's sleek lines works well with modern office furniture or pipe frame furniture. It doesn't blend well with a heavy wood desk...
