I ordered 2 of this product A MONTH AGO. One for each of my children. The one we received for my son is faulty. We’ve replaced batteries in it 3 times. It works for a day then dies. Once we noticed it dying quickly after just replacing the batteries, I held onto it thinking he was using the keys too much causing the battery to drain quickly. That was not the case. The return window closed 3 days ago. It’s a bummer. They both were super excited as was I for them to save some money as oppose to spending it the first chance they got.
