I have a couple of these pans: the 8" and the next larger size which I guess is the 12". The reason I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 stars is the handles (especially on the 12" pan quickly get too hot to pick up. There surely must be a way to secure them in a way that limits how hot they get.

I love to prrpare omelets. After adding a small amount of oil, the eggs glide in the pan. When I go to flip the mixture, it easily slides over and I have the perfect omelet. I like it so well, I have purchased 2 additional pans in different sizes. I would highly recommend this product.

Through the years I have had every non stick skillet made! Very expensive ones and inexpensive ones. They have all turned out to be a disappointment. Sticking, chipping and warping. I bought the 12 inch diamond ceramic a couple of years ago and it has been the best pan I have owned, relatively cheap, reliably nonstick and as even and flat as new. I cook with electric so not warping is very important. I would highly recommend! ... show more
