Less cravings, more control, more health!!!

I was trying bloom because I needed help with my digestion. So I’ve been on this almost a month now and I haven’t noticed a significant change with my digestion but some, maybe I need to be on it longer?. Haven’t really noticed if it’s helped with bloat but here’s why I gave it 5 stars. I haven’t felt “normal” in a very long time due to weight gain/ health etc and I started to notice my old “normal” feeling coming back and im ecstatic. Im still not normal because I have a long way to go to transform my health but Im putting in the work and it will happen and this is definitely helping. Secondly, my energy has been IMMENSELY better. I didn’t notice it until one day I was running a lot of errands and realized after the third stop that I was just going going going and was walking faster than others just energized which is very unlike me again due to weight gain im very sluggish. It’s not perfect energy and it ebbs and flows but for the most part it is definitely improved! My skin also seems nicer and clearer. Lastly I notice having more control over my cravings- I’m really excited over that. I have a horrible sweet tooth like terrible and when I go to the store I ride on past the candy isle now whereas before I took this I could not help myself from picking up a few things so that’s awesome! I wasn’t planning on repurchasing this after I first got it because it is very pricey in my opponion and to be honest while the flavor does mask the way straight greens usually taste (I’ve had other products that were quite pungent) it definitely takes the edge off- it still does not taste great lol just being honest but I really don’t care because that’s not what’s important to me. But just for anyone that wants to know that. I may try a different brand of greens in the future that could be more cost effective but for now I will however keep buying this one and see if I continue to improve my health and hopefully digestion! And if I do I could possibly just stay with this one. Sadly I live paycheck to paycheck and $40 is just a lot for me especially when I feel like I would benefit most from 2 servings daily and then that’s only two weeks. Its fine, nothing special

I dont think it tastes great on its own. But its manageable when mixed with a smoothie in the morning. A friend of mine mixes it with Celsius packets and its pretty delicous, if you can get over the color. I havent noticed any wild health benefits, i eat as a vegetarian already not sure if that has anything to do with it. My before mentioned friend says it helps her stomach and not getting bound up. It shakes up in a water bottle or shaker cup pretty quick, i give it a few extra minutes then givs it another shake, just to make sure theres no grit. Overall, i continue to take it as a nutrition stop gap not as my main source or a replacement for actual food, same as taking a multivitamin. ... show more

I was kinda worried about buying this because I have heard people say that it tastes bad but I got the mango flavor and I think it tastes great. I first tried it with water but I found that it tastes better with milk. When I mix it up it doesn’t fully dissolve, so if I let it sit for a couple minutes some of it comes and sits at the top. I Was Skeptical…But This Actually Made a Difference

I’ve seen so many greens powders online that I honestly didn’t expect much—but Bloom Nutrition Superfoods completely surprised me. I started using it daily to help with bloating and just to get more greens into my routine, and within the first week I noticed a real difference. My digestion felt better, I wasn’t as bloated throughout the day, and I just felt…lighter overall. The taste is another huge win. I’ve tried other superfood powders that were hard to get down, but this one is actually enjoyable. It mixes well with water or smoothies and doesn’t have that overpowering “grassy” flavor. I also love how convenient it is. On busy days when I know I’m not eating as clean as I should, this gives me peace of mind that I’m still getting in something good for my body. Overall, this has easily become part of my daily routine. If you’re on the fence, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try—especially if you struggle with bloating or getting enough greens in. I have been drinking this everyday for about 5 weeks now. It has helped with bloating, keeping me regular, my vaginal PH seems more balanced, and the flavors are really nice. I’ve had Mango and Orange Passionfruit. I just mix mine with water and it has very minimal grit to it. It has not helped me with energy, but I’m a very fatigued person in general.
