I bought it more to use as a radio and blue tooth speaker than as a clock. The display is bright. The problem I have is, once you lower the volume to a certain level, it shuts the sound off completely. I bought it for my office, but unfortunately, will not be able to use it there, as I don't want the volume to bother those around me. It also appears to be cheaply made, but since I didn't pay a lot for it, I wasn't surprised by that fact.

Even at the lowest brightness level the display is to bright. It is a bit complicated to operate. The four digit time display is not needed for the 1:00 thru 9:00 times, i.e 01:00 - 09:00 (this also adds to the brightness of the display) and in the middle of the night checking the time you have to process a four digit display when your mind is expecting three digits. You really don't need the room temp on the display, and when setting the alarm, several times I've changed the temp display from F to C.

Clock is attractive, but the instructions are a bit confusing. Controls are a bit odd -- you need to "turn the clock on" after plugging it in, and it needs to charge for 6-8 hours. To access the auxiliary features, you have to hit the power button again and then cycle through the menu. Once you access the radio, it is not possible to manually select your chosen radio station -- you need to let it scan from 87.7 to your station. If your station is in the 100s, it can take a while. I like to wake to the radio, but this is not a possibility with this clock. I'm disappointed. The alarm sounds are nice (ie. piano, whimsical melodies), but I'm afraid I may sleep through them, as I'm a heavier sleeper. Clock keeps good time. I'm actually considering sending it back. An alarm clock should not be so complicated to operate.

I like the fact that the alarm is REALLY LOUD! I typically sleep through multiple alarm clocks going off at the same time but, this one does the trick! Plus the fast charging dock is pretty awesome too. I was also very surprised to learn that it is also a wireless Bluetooth speaker too. (I obviously didn't read the description). I had purchased it looking only for a loud alarm clock with a wireless charging dock. Would recommend!

I know most people now don't listen to radio but if you're like me & still enjoy the radio do not buy this product. It doesn't have an actual tuner. Essentially you press to buttons at the same time & it does an auto scan of radio stations & whatever it picks up is what you get & stuck with. It saves the stations from the auto seek & some stations are just static & yet still saves them. Then some stations it won't even pick up & since you can't tune it you can never even attempt to get them. Also have to use an external antenna if you want to pick up any radio stations which doesn't bother me but may others. I will be returning this.
