For the most part this is a well made fan, and they do make a balance kit that comes with it to stop any wobbling. I am just a bit disappointed as this is the first fan I have ever installed that needed that kit, seems like more work than it is worth. The other irritation is the lack of being able to direct wire this. We have wired light switches and fan switches. Even though the house is wired for the fan, you still need the remote and that is a pain. The remote works fine, but it is obnoxious to make sure the switch is on and then find the remote. I wish they would just manufacture these to go both ways. Other than that, the size is nice and it fit in a tight room. We have plenty of height however and used the largest rod (came with two). Easy to install and a lot of variation in color temp of the led. The instructions could be a little more clear however. I missed the trim cap because it isn't in the instructions to install and only noticed it after the whole fan was up. Put that on the rod before everything else and then it uses magnets to attach itself to the trim housing.

The BLNAN 22-Inch Modern White Ceiling Fan with Light looks nice and has some great features on paper, but overall it just didn’t work out for me. The setup was more complicated than I expected — definitely not as “easy to install” as described. I had to double-check the instructions multiple times, and it still took longer than it should have. Once it was up, the fan ran quietly and the reversible motor worked fine, but it’s way too small for any room in my house — and my house isn’t even that big, just average sized.. The light settings and multiple speeds are nice options, but the size really limits its usefulness. Not a bad fan, just not practical for most rooms. Would not purchase this item, I would in fact return it if it wasn’t from Amazon Vine.

Ok this fan is small but man does it work good! Have this in my shop over my work area. I was completely shocked after getting it all wired in at how well it really works. I absolutely love the remote control, first fan I’ve owned that has a remote. The fan is whisper quite even on high speed. The light is ok, more of a soft white glow, not the brightest but that could be perfect for some. I use mine in a shop with a lot of lights already so no real issue for me. Overall I love the look, probably a little too fancy for a shop fan but I like it. Could really see this having a good use in a RV or a small room/office space. Make sure before ordering you check the size, you will be disappointed if you think you’re getting a full size fan for this price. About the price too, I see this as an exceptional value for what you get. This things works flawlessly, it’s easy to install, lightweight and perfect for my needs.

This is a 22" diameter fan; this measurement means that the total distance between the end of each blade and the center of the fan is approximately 10.5". It's not a big fan, but for the right application it's functional. It is also good looking. Mounting the fan with the enclosed bracket was easy. The fan is lightweight, and with a lower risk of coming loose from the junction box. The body of the fan is white, and the blades with a light wood grain are a bright and attractive update to the bedroom. It has a download, so it does terminate below the ceiling lower than if it were a flush mount. A higher ceiling would be a good idea for this fan. The light on this fan has a useful adjustment feature, that allows you to specify the warmth or coolness of the light when it is on. This is a small, attractive ceiling fan that has an adjustable light and which would be effective in a smaller area such as a den or bedroom. I would not recommend it for a lower ceiling. Other than that, it is a good value that does its job well.
