Bought for my husband. He likes them but the batteries did not last very long. I'm glad I bought him extras. He changed the batteries this past Monday (today is Friday) and the batteries are dead. He does what it says about disconnecting the battery but it doesn't help. As far as noise cancelation he said it just amplifies the noise. But all in all he likes them. ... show more

I purchased these hearing aids about a month ago. Planed on using them as back up for a more sophisticated pair I have been using for a year. I now use my new units every day. The older units are setting on the shelf. I wear these for sixteen hours a day. The batteries need changing every three days. Adjustments are straight forward. Sound is crisp and clear. You have an excellent volume range . Do not confuse these with units that have tubes between the unit and your ear. You actually place the speaker in your ear. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I have one bit of advice. The door that cradles the battery has a delicate hinge . Take care when using it. Otherwise these are excellent amplifiers for the money. After wearing these hearing aids for a month I have noticed very little feed back called squealing. Without a doubt, should I need to purchase these gain, I would not hesitate. Just Received the BLJ unit and getting use to it . But the Package did not have the Battery's stabilizer bar or ear dome's or brush in the package the zip lock bag's was there but mothing in them, Recap BLJ got back in touch with me and made all good Also the Hearing Aid is working great Real happy with the BLJ hearing aid so far. ... show more
