The lights are pretty and you can adjust it from the machine but you cant make a custom color or change it from your phone bc the app doesnt work. I also don't like how the timer shuts off after 6 hours idk if you can change it cuz once again the app doesnt work

This could be a great product, but a few things are in the way... The Stand The projector itself is a sphere, and the stand is just a cup that it sits in, so you can rotate it to fit your needs. This is great, until you plug it in. The AC port is off-center on the back, so the weight of the cord pulls it out of your adjustment spot. The stand is also super low friction, the "ball" rotates way too easily. (now add in a 3-yo who MUST turn it on themselves, lol) The Nebula I was underwhelmed at the overall size of the nebula. The pictures in their advertising give a false impression of the coverage. It looks like they might have used 2 of these for some of them... The stars, however, how a huge coverage area! So with some creating placement, and the stars on, the nebula seems larger than it really is. The nebula itself is beautiful. The swirling of the colors and their clarity are magnificent. The Power Button This is a bit of an annoyance when you just want to turn your device on or off. After turning it on, clicking the button again doesn't turn it off. It cycles through a few pre-programmed scenes, THEN turns off. Not a big deal, but when your kid just HAS to do it, there's a 100% chance they'll pull the cable and rotate the sphere out of it's spot. *I also experienced some quirky behaviors - like the projector turning itself back on after I turned it off. I'm keeping my eye on this a little more, just to make sure it's not something I'm doing to cause this. The BlissHome App Wow. Just wow. In its current state, the app is the biggest driver for a lower rating. It's an incredibly frustrating piece of software. -Doesn't pair to the device, even if the router, phone and projector are inches from each other. -Turns the stars back on after you just turned them off. -I've had to re-add the device 4 times in 2 days because it was 'removed due to device reset.' -Can multiple different users (with different accounts) connect simultaneously? It didn't seem possible when trying tonight, and I don't want to have to go back and forth w/ my wife every time it's our turn to put the kid to bed... -It could be my lack of knowledge, but why does it need bluetooth AND wi-fi?? The 'Hatch' nightlight app is what the BlissHome app should emulate. Overall, it is a much better product than its competitors for not that much more money. And it could truly be unstoppable after some tweaks. Luckily, most of the things needed to make this product great are app related! I hope to see some great improvements in the near future. ... show more

Has a little bit of complex setup at first, but after you figure it out it is very intuitive and a lot of fun to customize with. It's great You can position it in any direction that you want rather than just straight up like some projectors. This projector is everything I wanted and more! The colors are so vibrant and vivid. This product comes with an app to use and it is very easy to change the colors, place a timer or even set up a schedule for the projector. The set up is very easy. Would be perfect for a kid or even adult.

    • Misleading coverage

The media could not be loaded. Most of these photos / advertisements are showing full coverage. Especially the video they’ve creeted for advertisement, it makes it look like I can cover such a large space. Not at all the case. It covers a very very small space. In fact. I live in a pretty small room. It doesn’t even cover all four walls. A lot of the videos make it looks like it covers off our walls and no it does not. Not in the least bit. even when placed on the floor. So in order to get the effect in their advertisements, and everything like that, he would have to literally buy like I don’t know four or five of these freaking things to cover a substantial amount of space like it shows in the video. Or in any of these reviews even. I’m looking for the right projector for a very long time. I had another one of their projectors from last year prime day, I asked to switch it out with this one, because it broke very quickly, and never got back to me after I asked for that. I will show you some videos and things like that but obviously it is not night time so I can get the best effect right now. But I’m sure you have a little of us basic covers from one pointed all the way from the ground. ... show more
