Got this set to put up on my home after using blink at our rental, and business. The Blink brand seems to me to be a good price point for what your getting, and the uses you can get out of these cameras. Pros: Great Picture and sound quality , reliable, fair price, build quality , and the software to hardware interface is pretty easy and smooth to use. Cons: Nothing that I can come up with ... Maybe the subscription part of the blink service , but tomato tomatto .. get these, set them up, and have a piece of mind that your watching over your space and valuables with a quality and reliable product that holds up to Outdoor environments. They work great as close to house trail cams too!! my brother has this same set and uses them mounted to trees and has alot of nice pictures of Deer and other wildlife.

I love these cameras. They have been the best asset of having safety and assurance in my children's safety. We have the door bell and this 4 pack and a few more. They all link together They can give a follow view from multiple camera views. They are small little cubes. They are maybe an inch or so not big. They have stands or can be mounted on the wall. The resolution is great light or dark. The motion detection is wonderful for using outdoors. I have 3 in my yard 1 in my coop. I get alerts if anything moves out there at night or if anyone comes by. The video clips record so I can view back later. The sound quality is similar to facebook calls. It has 2 way speaking so I can talk to my kids through the camera in real time. The block of sound from the other side when one side speaks is the only down fall to the 2 way talking. The cameras are easy to set up easy to install or mount. The app is user friendly and I struggle with apps. The cameras are durable. We have had ours almost a year and they are still working the same as they always have. Hook up to the wifi pretty easy if they disconnect some times reconnecting is difficult but once they are connected they usually don't disconnect. Battery life is pretty long. I charge the outdoor ones every few months.

The Blink Outdoor 4th Gen camera has been a really solid addition for home security. Setup was quick and straightforward, and everything runs smoothly through the app without any hassle. Within minutes, I had it mounted and connected, which is a big plus if you don’t want to deal with complicated installs. The video quality is clear and consistent at 1080p, both during the day and at night. Motion detection works well and sends alerts quickly, and the live view feature is easy to access whenever you want to check in. The two-way audio is also a nice touch and works better than expected for a camera in this price range. One of the biggest advantages is the battery life. Being completely wire-free makes placement flexible, and not having to constantly recharge or swap batteries is a huge convenience. It’s a great option for areas where running power isn’t practical. Make sure you adjust the sensitivity for maximum battery, and that’s one of the good things about it, it has so many adjustable settings that if you notice the battery isn’t lasting as long you can adjust what is actually draining the battery. Overall, this camera does exactly what it’s supposed to do, reliable monitoring, easy setup, and solid performance without overcomplicating things. It’s a great value for anyone looking to add simple, effective security around their home.

Very satisfied with the Blink cameras we bought. A word of caution. One camera is mounted near where we display the United States flag and some other seasonal flags. The slightest movement of the flags causes the camera to wake up. I am pretty sure this has run the battery down quickly. I am going to relocate the flag holder to see if I can get it out of the camera's field of view. If that fails, will likely move the camera.

The Outdoor 4 has a wider field of view than the Outdoor 3 so everything appears to be smaller. Both are good cameras, but you might prefer one version to the other depending on what you are monitoring. Batteries are long lasting, exactly how long will depend on the amount of "traffic" setting off the camera. I am happy with both versions. Which would I buy? The new Blink Outdoor 2k+ being released at the end of October 2025 seems to be a better choice. It will be compatible with all the Outdoor 4's accessories. There may be lower pricing on the Outdoor 4 once it is released, The Outdoor 4 remains a good pick. Adding the floodlight mount makes night recording much better. . If you have a limited budget refurbished Outdoor 3 cameras are sometimes available at a much lower price on other sites and while they perform well, the floodlight mount for them is very hard to get. The Mini works well inside, especially with the Pan-Tilt Mount accessory. Unfortunately, the new Mini2 version that has built-in lighting will not work with that mount. The Mini 2 can be used outside but only if you purchase a different power cable (why now just charge a couple of more bucks and sell them only with that cable?).

These battery operated cameras with the ability for the batteries to be recharged and the battery's capability of working up to two years without an additional charge makes these amazing. You can hide them in trees you can hang them from bushes and basically put them anywhere you want. They are very easy to install there are several different connection methods such as bendable apparati to wrap around tree limbs and such. That makes these cameras very versatile and easily hidden and can provide you with the versatility to see anywhere while the cameras aren't seen. They have motion detection as well as sound and the sound quality is superb in both directions. They are very sensitive and will pick up the slightest motion including a small insect flying bye causing me to set the motion sensing at a lower value. They also have a function of people detection such that they don't record small animals or the insects. When combined with indoor cameras and a doorbell camera they can be used on the cloud system for an extremely low price of all cameras for one price less than $20 a year. If you do not wish to use the cloud service they have the capability to do local recording through a an additional device using an SD card. They are very durable and Hardy cameras easy to use easy to connect to the Wi-Fi to the blank app and to the Alexa app and working with Alexa and approved devices you can even ask her to show you whatever the name you name the camera they are awesome..
