I love these cameras and that you can change the motion sensitivity for each one and whether you want alerts for people or just all motion. You can change notifications for each individual camera and disarm them separately as well. I love the mount because its no setup and that means you can easily move the hub around the house if you need to. I have no problem with the subscriptions, because that’s pretty standard ,but I wish you could put the subscription on your amazon card ,especially since you have to buy the subscription on amazon. Thats kind of dumb. But the hub has a usb port so you can just put a flash drive there to capture videos you'll just have to put it into a computer to view it after the fact. Also I like that there is a flat rate if you do the yearly subscription no matter how many devices so that’s another plus to the subscription.

Very good product. The written instructions that come with it do not mention the retainer ring but I see it here You just pull that out put the camera in and then snap the retainer ring back in I’ve seen a couple reviews where the people say you cannot adjust the camera angle after screwing it to the wall Not true You simply loosen the stem which is in two pieces adjust the angle and then tighten the stem again if you have a steep up-and-down angle make sure that that slot for the screw post is up and down it works extremely well and I like the design

Bought the addl outdoor weatherproof holder kits also. Very easy to install, had to reduce motion detection to 3 as every time a tree branch moved it recorded & I received notice about battery life. Works great now! Wish recorded night vision in color for easier identification of faces,, which blur our when close to camera.. Have 2 in back yard & 2 in front yard. I put 1 outdoor camera inside house so I could hear & talk, which indoor doesn't have capability w/out adding addl product. Love the setup. Be aware once 30 day free monitoring / recording stops on 31st day & to continue to get videos you must pay for it. Annual charge for video recording seems reasonable. We'll worth the money.
