The camera is easy to set up. Initial configuration is done through an application. The device has QR code on it to identify it in the application. Then programming the wireless connection is done by having the camera scan a QR code from the application. The device is small and comes packaged well. It includes hardware for wall mounting and an adhesive strip for mounting as well. It also comes with a plug and USP cable. The sort cable from the camera has a rubber boot to protect the wire connection from the elements. Overall the camera is well-made. Use through the application is easy. Much like many similar devices in the space, it connects to a cloud service to provide streaming to the application and has a skill for Alexa as well. For the average consumer, you can't beat the value. I purchased this camera not only because of the price but because it stated it supported ONVIF. In the application, it does state the ONVIF is experimental. The ONVIF functionality is not desirable. It does function but uses the same connection mechanism as the cloud services. This causes the local streaming connection to fail. To be clear the cloud application work flawlessly. In order to get this camera to for with my NVR, it had to be isolated from the internet. Not the most desirable outcome. I hope this is resolved in a firmware release; however, not sure if I will be made aware of it because the camera is limited to my network. I would have actually rated this much lower if it was not for the superb support I received by email. I hope little hope when reaching out to them, but found the support function extremely helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I would recommend this camera to anyone looking for an easy cost-effective solution to add security to your home. Advanced users be aware that not all features may work as expected. ... show more

This camera is lightweight, and has a sharp image and many features for the price. You can insert an SD card and for free have the options for the camera to record snapshot or video formats; distinguish between motion, human, sound, or peripheral types; and record 5 minute, 30 minute, or 1 hour durations. Cloud storage options are also available for subscription. Awesome customer service as well. I had a camera for almost a year, and the image became cloudy (not sure why, but possibly because I had the camera placed in an area that is exposed to a lot of downpour when it rains). I bought this camera back in May 2022 and it started having some WiFi connection problems I reached out to them (March 2024) and they right away send me another camera. Never thought that would happen bc it's been a while now. But they understood me and did not hesitate to solve my problem. Would give them 20 Stars if possible.
