I bought the 3 pack and couldn’t beat the price at less than $15/each! I already have 2 last generation cameras and they are good but for where I put these cameras having a light on the camera is a nice feature! I have the basic plan for $3.99/month. I plan to get 2 outdoor cameras even though these can be used outdoors but I don’t like the wired part for that! I use these cameras to watch my mom with dementia around the house! Works great! Only problem was the delivery said it would be there the following day but only one arrived. My husband had to make two separate trips to install while waiting on the other two to come. Give atleast 3 days to come even if it says next day.

The Blink Mini 2K+ has great image quality for the price, and when it’s connected, the video feed is sharp and clear. Unfortunately, the cameras disconnect far too often, which makes them unreliable for the way I use them. Image Quality The 2K+ resolution looks great. Details are crisp, motion is smooth, and the night vision is surprisingly clean. For general home monitoring, the picture quality is more than enough. Connectivity Issues The problem is stability. These cameras auto‑disconnect frequently, and I have to reset or reconnect them more often than I should. For casual use, that might be a minor annoyance, but I use these to monitor my laser engraver and 3D printers, where a constant live feed is important for safety and workflow. When the camera drops offline in the middle of a print or laser job, it defeats the purpose of having it there. Daily Use Setup is simple, the app is easy to navigate, and the cameras are compact. But the reliability just isn’t where it needs to be for continuous monitoring. I’ve tested them on strong Wi‑Fi, different outlets, and different rooms — the disconnects still happen. Pros - Excellent image quality for the price - Clean night vision - Easy setup and compact design - Works well when connected Cons - Frequent auto‑disconnects - Requires manual resets too often - Not reliable for continuous monitoring - Interrupts workflows when used with printers or lasers Who This Is For Good for casual indoor monitoring — pets, general home use, or quick check‑ins. Not ideal for anyone who needs a stable, always‑on camera feed for equipment, safety, or long‑running tasks. Final Verdict Great image quality, but the constant disconnects make it unreliable for monitoring my laser and 3D printers. I’m giving it a 3 because the hardware is solid, but the stability needs major improvement.

No trust in the security of Blink, declined AI “trial” still loaded it to my phone. This has happened twice. Called into blink and at first they couldn’t handle it, but magically unsubscribed it. Seems they are trying to go with Ring’s plan to add it into Flock or another similar company. Such a disappointment to consumer protections.
