Great replacement. Good as the original

This is a really good option if you cannot find a Blend-Tec brand replacement cover. It is not exact. This product does not have the tabs in the four corners like the original. This lid can be a bit fiddly to fit at first. You hav eto be sure to tuck in all of the flaps on every side. It works just as well as the original. It is easy to remove. The center clear plastic piece is removable so you can add ingredients. It holds up well in the dishwasher and seals well even after multiple uses. I like to have an extra on hand, just in case Murphy's Law decides to strike when I am hosting a party.

This Blendtec lid replacement fit perfectly and feels like durable build. The silicone material makes it easier to clean v/s the OEM version. It is flexible, so it grips the blender jar securely, less rigid than the original, making it easier to take on and off. I think the price could be a bit lower, its quality and durability makes it a go to replacement choice.

In my photos you can see the comparison of this one with the old one. It looks nearly identical. I got this one because my cat got to the original and chewed on it a bunch. This lid perfectly fits in my blender, so for that no complaints. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is the material it's made of. My original lid is a very thick, sturdy, rubber material. This lid is more of a silicone material, meaning that it's not quite as sturdy (it's quiet bendy) and hair and dirt stick to it. My cat would certainly rip it apart if he got his paws on it, compared to my old lid, which he'd never be able to actually rip it apart. Considering that the actual, blendtec brand lid is only $5 more, I think this should be listed for cheaper. It's not bad at all, just not the best.

I got this lid to fit on a blentec that had stopped playing nice with its lid after getting a little warped in the dishwasher. This lid is slightly more... Bendy? Less rigid? So it's a lot easier to fit on the blender unit than the previous lid.

I have the original lid and also purchased a replacement lid for my Blendtec. I was often experiencing leaks during operation at higher settings, which would cause a mess. This lid fits snugly and is made from material that "grabs" hold of the canister, so there is no need to hold onto the top to prevent it from jumping off when the blender cycles at higher settings. I also really appreciate having the center cap that allows me to add ingredients without removing the entire lid.

There's not much to say really, this is a perfect fit for my Wildside+ jar. I feel like the rubber compound is a tiny bit softer than the OEM lid, but maybe it's that my OEM lid has hardened from 9 years of going through the dishwasher. I would point out that you can buy an actual Blendtec replacement lid direct from Blendtec's site for $19.95 + shipping, at the time of writing. So if you don't believe me when I say this lid is a perfect fit, there's the safer option.

This top is the exact same material and thickness and overall quality as the original. The seal is tight. Even the pop out top for putting food down into while the blender is on removed with the exact same resistance and is just as thick exact same material. The only difference is the logo isn’t on it. Thanks! I burnt mine in under cabinet lighting and my kids continued to burn it so it was time for a new one.
