I bought these 10s because I had a set of 12s a few years ago that provided me to reliable bass for an affordable price. I have been in the car audio business for over 20 years and for the price of these subs you can't go wrong. Now let me add that if your looking for car shaking competition subwoofers then you need to look elsewhere. Don't get me wrong. These subs sound very good for what they are. They are very efficient subs and dobt require alot of power. If your in the market just starting out without alot of money then I would recommend or if you just want to add the missing bass in your car that your kids lack to provide. If your in the market for earth SHATTERING bass that will mibe your hair and windows then you need to upgrade quit a bit. But for the average person I highly recommend these subwoofers and i will continue to purchase as needed myself. ... show more

Put this in a cheap box bought from Amazon as well. Im running this in a 99 wrangler. Im running Infiniti speakers in the doors and soundbar. I have a 100 dollar sony head unit. I use an inexpensive amp from walmart, probably a pioneer or something. I would but this on par with the lower end 10inch kicker subs you see in big box stores. Its worth buying. Ive put sound systems in every vehicle Ive owned. For truck cabs and jeeps a 10 inch sub is enough. For a car with a trunk maybe put 2 10s or 2 12s. You want the sound to be level and kick. Not too bass heavy like most of the idiots you hear on the road. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This sub will surprise you with how deep the lows are and how hard it hits. You will be happy with your purchase. The sound quality in my vid sucks and the rattle sounds are where the bass is to deep and hitting to hard for the mic to pic up.

Great price. Sharp Looks, Quality materials. Nice RMS power for a 10". 300rms - 600peak. For people looking for some reliable nice hitting bass. Blaupunkt has a great product for the money. Must buy. For those SPL fans try JL,Fosgate...etc.

The speaker in my sub wire out so the choice was to buy a new one or replace just the speaker. Took the gamble to try this and save a few bucks. Glad I did. Sub now sounds better than it ever did. The lounge literally rumbles big time. Hope it holds up.
