Simply, an expensive purchase mistake. I’m not reviewing this because I just received it, this a 1 year after review, no placebo effect review. Constantly turns off with heat or no heat. Turns whenever it wants. The motherboard died had to ship for repair outside of USA for warranty, three-four weeks with no webcam protecting me. Two battery packs only last 8 hours, it’s a joke, you need four extra batteries at least to go for a full 24-30 hours, not even two full days. The internet speed is a JOKE, even on a 5G hotspot. We can thank BlackVue poor cloud architecture from AWS. No intelligence for motion detections and sometimes motion detection doesn’t work. It’s well build and durable as far the physical appearance but difficult to get it to work well. The app is useless and it’ll take you many tries until you finally decide to return it.

Everything works as described but you will need to attached a independent battery the blackvue battery is suppose to last 12 hrs fully charged. I only managed to get 5hrs. I'm presuming battery life is only for the dashcam and dissipates when you add the rearview, interior and broadband module. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. ... show more

The quality of the camara sucks..Getting in contact with customer support is a pain..I spend a lot of money on this camara and I regret it..I still have it and don't use it because is garbage..Guys don't spend so much money on this product there are cheaper ones with better quality..
