The media could not be loaded. Very VERY poor quality. Bad craftsmanship and takes about 6 hours to assemble using good tools. Good luck using the tools and instructions provided. Every night I have to put the mattress support wood ribs in the right place. The frame is wider on the head rest than on the other end so you have to work really hard to fit it together. No stiching anywhere all the fabrics are stapled together. The only reason I don't return it is that I don't want to spend another six hours disassembling it. I think they know that I'll just get some plywood panels to replace the support ribs. ... show more

Overall the bed frame is beautiful and sturdy. However, upon assembling my husband stumbled upon a piece with torn fabric :(. Since we have it assembled we won’t send it back but wanted to make buyers aware.

    • Bent support beam, torn fabric.

I spent two hours putting the bed together. It had a dirt mark on the headboard and ripped fabric on the footboard. The last piece, the support in the middle, was severely bent so it would not latch on both sides. As this part is crucial to the functioning of the bed, it could not be used. I purchased from Homesquare via Walmart.com and had to go through Walmart to try to request a replacement part. Ordered the bed on Sep 4 for guests arriving on Sep 28. I requested a replacement part via Walmart. Silence for a week. I reached out again, I finally heard from Homesquare on Oct 4 saying the replacement (no idea if this is the part or the whole bed) will arrive on Oct 11. It is Oct 12 and nothing is here yet. I hired a carpenter to replace the middle support so the bed was functioning for my guests. The carpenter replaced the puny looking support legs with much thicker/stronger ones. The bed looks good but I honestly wouldn't recommend buying it. It's more hassle than it's worth. ... show more

Very difficult to put together. Instructions only show pictures with no explanation. Main cross board at the head of the bed was too short and could not be attached, therefore we had to purchase a 1x4 to secure. This worked in theory however once individuals slept in the bed the board collapsed...came right out of the sideboards of the bed. Both cross bars down the center of the frame came out of the wood.
