We had 2 of these for deer camp this year. We cooked for 25 people 3 meals a day. We were able to crank the food out with these. You can fit alot of food on these. They had a tough time running on the small green tanks at 5500ft elevation. So we hooked them up to our 20lb propane tanks and they ran great. We were able to fit 9lbs of fried rice on one at one time. It was full to capacity but it did it. Its large enough to cook all the time at home for family and friends. This is my second Blackstone, I use this one for the RV for every meal from breakfast to dinner. It is easy to clean, durable and high quality that you would expect from a Blackstone. It fits great in the pass-thru, not too big or heavy. The lid is attached so you don't have to find a place to put it. there is plenty of surface to cook a meal for 4. The igniter could be better, it has a loud click when you're in the campground. adjustable legs would help to drain grease out of the drain hole, as most campground are not 100% level. ... show more

This is an awesome griddle. We've used it for home cooking and for camping. We've cooked everything from eggs, bacon and pancakes to burgers. The griddle seems to very good at heat distribution - almost all areas are evenly heated - but YES there are spots which get hotter and those that are cooler, like all griddles. The only negative I have is that one of the burners is hard to light, whereas the other one is fairly easy. ... show more

I really love this grill. easily portable and set up. I purchased this grill for use camping; however since finally receiving it I am using it when camping and when I am home I am using it instead of my large gas grill. the only complaint is that it took about a week longer to finally arrive. I really hope that the grill enjoyed the road trip to charlotte NC, to Connecticut, then back to charlotte NC before arriving in Greenville SC. ... show more
