Blackstone's On The Go Tabletop Griddle makes it easy to cook top-notch meals outdoors. This portable griddle is easy to transport and is perfect for a cookout while at the beach, park, campground, tailgate or any other outdoor location. The patented Rear Grease Management System utilizes a grease trap to provide easy cleanup and the hood keeps the cooking surface clean until you are ready to cook again. The griddle features a classically styled painted hood, an orange On The Go handle grip, updated national control knobs and a Piezo ignition. The Blackstone On The Go Tabletop Griddle is available in two different sizes: 17" griddle with a stainless steel "H" style burner with a powerful output of 12,500 BTU or a 22" griddle with two stainless steel “H" style burners with a total output of 24,000 BTU.

Follow the seasoning instructions and it will serve you well. I used coconut shortening. No issues with sticking. They should include a grease trap door block off plate.

This is a great griddle, easy to use. It does take a little effort to clean after use, but really love how our food comes out. We bought a stand and large propane tank, so we don’t travel with it. I like having a lid on it, keep’s stuff off the griddle area when not being used.

The small Blackstone is horrible. It takes forever to heat up and it takes 2 hours for your bacon or burgers to cook all the way done. Don't recommend small Blackstone.

I did not purchase this for myself but for a prize at work. This unit was specifically asked for by multiple people to be a prize. So the quality must be there. I have a 36" Blackstone, and Iove mine.

    • A nice, small griddle.

This is a nice size, small griddle, great for a couple. You do have to assemble the handle to the hood and rubber feet to the base. The griddle/hood itself is a separate piece that settles onto the base in holes/slots. In the carrying bag (extra accessory) they can come apart. Conditioning the cook surface took a whole 1lb tank and into a 2nd. The piezo ignitor did not work and I had to adjust it closer to the gas tubes. This surprised me as it clearly was not tested or inspected. Only complaint I have is that it is not very well designed for "On the Go" as advertised. We bought this for our RV as we love to cook outside and this is better than a portable camp stove. But there is no way to level the unit unless you purchase after-market leveling feet. Sure you can purchase a stand which is adjustable but that takes up even more space. ... show more
