I just moved into a 1 bedroom after a breakup. I literally had 5 months to think how I wanted this place. I searched all over Amazon for the right stools, I saw these and I knew they would fit my decor! I don’t have small kids so I wasn’t worried about them getting dirty. The size is perfect, the stability is very durable the color is a pretty Emerald green and the gold accents gives it an even more elegant look! The swivel is spot on and the weight is not super heavy but will hold someone without collapsing. I have to be honest if you’re a lil thick in the bottom region it will be a tight fit. If you just want it for the look then it’s a great buy keep in mind if your over 160/65 lbs these might not be the chairs for you. They have an elegant classy look, the price wasn’t bad either compared to other vendors this was the best choice for my money. I recommend getting stainless steel cleaner for the pole and the base, I don’t allow shoes in my house so I’m not worried about scratches. Out of the box, pieces looked of fine quality. Installation was incredibly easy. You must sit on it in order to activate the adjustability feature. This item pulled all the way up is quite wobbly, but very stable the lower it goes, so it definitely wouldn't work in a salon setting. It is very lightweight and easy to carry around. The plush velvet is beautiful and has gotten several compliments, the gold is chrome and not matte. This piece is VERY small. The sit space is very limited for those even the slightest bit fuller in appearance. For picture reference — my husband is short, 5"6, and only 145 lbs. Very small, he fits perfectly in the seat. This is NOT for tall or fuller people. The max weight is 250 lbs, but I promise someone of that size will not even be able to sit in it. Either this was not built with American audiences in mind, or it was cut down in size for money purposes. However, if you're smaller in stature, and need to fit something in a small space, this piece is a gorgeous addition. ... show more

I absolutely love them. The green is so pretty and looks just as advertised. My only thing is that the stool can be a bit snug if you are more heavy bottom or on the wider side. Overall, the product is as expected. You can move it up and down to nice heights. I think it’s worth the money. Added a very nice and lux look to my house. I don’t know how well the cleaning will be. I can’t begin to tell you how beautiful these barstools are. The quality of the material and their steadiness is so impressive. My style is modern with a twist of antique or retro, and these barstools fit perfect into my scheme. I have gotten so many compliments that I want to order two more but I don’t have the room to accommodate that idea. The price point was fair and absolutely worth it. Don’t be afraid to explore a different styles and certainly don’t be afraid to try this style in your home because I guarantee it will work with anything or any idea you have.
