Though the cord could be longer, this steam mop works as well or better than my last one. One feature I really like is you can get additional pads for the mop.     • Love this floor steamer.
Works great. Would have liked a longer cord. Also the buttons to turn on are not a simple flip switch. You have to push a button and I usually have to push several times and harder each time for it to turn on. That’s really the only thing I didn’t like about it. It’s easy to put water in and container doesn’t come off. So I like that. No extra parts to get lost or broke. It’s lightweight. Steams and cleans. I use it on our teak wood floors. You can put a drop of diffuser oil in it to give your house a nice scent. ... show more

I like cause it cleans my floor i dont like when the filter pops off the two of in the two pops off but it's easy to fix though so that's a good thing

It was easy to use. Easy to put together. Just not powerful. I had one and it got up old old stains. This one don't.
