Excellent controls, easy to adjust time and temp on the fly plus all the pre-set baking options to start with. I've been using it a lot over the last week and can honestly say it toasts perfectly even top to bottom. It's a good size too. I didn't realize how bad my previous toaster oven was (un-even toast top vs. bottom and un-even across each side). The air fry & broiler features work nicely too. I read some reviews about the outside of this unit getting hot, and that is true but it doesn't get so hot that I'm worried about the cabinets above it. Any toaster oven under $200 has the same situation. If you're critical of matching the colors of your appliances keep in mind this isn't a stainless or silver color, look at the pics closely. ... show more

We are very happy so far with this toaster oven. It is NOT an air fryer or convection oven. There is no hot air movement as in an air fryer. That said, it does have an air fryer setting but takes longer to cook and uses higher temperatures. It has a lot of settings including pizza, bake, toast bagel , snack and broil. We use it everyday. It does heat up my kitchen almost as much as large oven. But it is handy. Pizza does really well. We are still learning when to adjust time and temp. I would buy it again. ... show more

This is a really nice air fryer/toaster oven. I love the color! It’s is not pink. It is a beigish color, very neutral. I can kind of see where some may see a pink hue depending on lighting but in my kitchen it is beige and perfect. It has really nice features on it. Very quiet when it runs, you can not hear it like my regular bucket air fryer which is loud. I don’t hear a fan running or air blowing inside which makes me question if it is really “air frying”. I only used it to cook a frozen burrito so far but I followed the directions on burritos package for air fryer which was 15 minutes at 350. It cooked completely fine. Didn’t crisp up or get crunchy like my other air fryer but it still cooked it well. I can’t wait to try the other features. Hope to see other appliances made in this baked stone color by Black+Decker soon. I will update this review if it cookspoorly when I try the other settings but for now it seemed to perform well. It didn’t get too hot or heat up my kitchen like some reviewers said. It was a little hot to the touch on the outside but my bucket air fryer actually gets hotter to the touch. The size is nice and fits perfect where I needed it to. Very roomy inside and should be able to cook anything I need to with it. ... show more

Such a great little oven. Didn’t realize it goes to 500 degrees. I’ve baked granola , carrot soufflés and zucchini chips so far. If this one was to break, I would buy it again.

Dimensions shown are not even close. The depth is about 14 inches, not 10.3. There is a bulge in the back that they obviously didn't measure, but is critical to it fitting in a specific space. Luckily, I was able to figure out a way to use it or it would be going back.

I just received my 6 slice B&D Crisp 'N Bake and I love it already. I had to rearrange my counter to make room as it does need some room but I centered it in a corner area that wasn't getting much practical use. It looks great and it's so easy to use at the countertop height. I've been working to reduce my utility bill and conserve electricity and my conventional oven uses so my energy and makes the kitchen a sweltering hothouse in the summer. This Black+Decker uses a fraction of the energy and doesn't overwhelm my house with heat. I've only made salmon and fresh roasted broccoli with it so far and they both came out perfectly. The only worry/concern is that it gets extremely hot to the touch on all sides, even the back. I just don't store anything on it, keep the sides clear of anything and check the back before baking to make sure the electric cord isn't touching the back. Also, I cook my food at a lower temperature than recipes call for and set less time to prevent food from overcooking and drying out. I can always add a few minutes if need be.
