These are very cute and they are perfect for portion control. I use them mostly for cereal but they are also oven safe so I can bake small things in them. You just don't want to use too high a heat.

This is a great set of dinnerware, comes with 4 pieces of each big plate, small plate and bowl. I take a star off because mine came scratched on the ceramic surface and one of them had a sharp piece of shard on the bottom rim so it was wobbly and i had to file it off so it doesn't also scratch my other plates. The color is very pretty and pattern as well. I would still recommend it just check yours when you receive it. It comes packed well and fairly quickly

This set of plates has a very attractive glazed finish with a blue starburst pattern that really stands out. The glaze appearance and the heavy ceramic feel are the main things you are paying for with this set. They feel thick, sturdy, and have a nice weight in the hand. I would consider this a premium priced ceramic dinnerware set. The price is similar to some premium brands, although this is not a premium brand name, so the value comes mainly from the beautiful glaze patterns and the overall look and feel of the ceramics. The set claims to be lead free and safe for the microwave, dishwasher, and oven. I tested the dishwasher and microwave use and had no issues. I only microwaved them (with food) for short periods of time and did not test oven use. The plates do become fairly warm in the microwave, so I would be cautious about heating them for long periods. I also tested the surface with a lead test kit. The test did not show a reaction, which appears to indicate there is no detectable lead present. However, I am not a chemist or certified professional, so this should not be considered a formal laboratory test or certification. The glaze has a few very minor imperfections, but they do not take away from the overall appearance. In fact, the glaze work is still one of the most attractive features of the set. However, with any ceramic piece that has glazing variations or imperfections, I prefer to be cautious with extreme temperature changes. Overall, I really like this set and the size of the plates and bowels are very practical. The plates are beautiful, feel good in the hand, and have a nice heavy ceramic quality. I would recommend them if you especially like the glaze design because that is the main reason to choose this set. If the pattern is not a priority, there may be less expensive options that offer similar functionality.

The ceramic is made from natural clay and glaze, fired at high temperatures to create a thick, sturdy finish. The colored glaze coating forms a protective layer that improves scratch resistance, helping the dishes stay looking new even with frequent use. The set is fully dishwasher‑ and microwave‑safe, making it practical for daily cooking and reheating. The pieces stack neatly to save cabinet space, and they perform well in the refrigerator or oven. With service for four, it’s a great choice for small families, apartments, or anyone wanting a colorful upgrade to their kitchen. It also makes a thoughtful housewarming or holiday gift thanks to its quality, design, and long‑lasting durability.
