  • Great Service
This is a great little oven. I'm not sure about the air-fry feature as I have never used one before...it works, but it burned my wings a little, so I don't know if that's correct. It gets really hot and performs its oven and toaster functions very well. Toaster function performs really perfectly. Now, that said, after about 3 or so months I realized the timer was not working. In 10 days, I had a new one sitting on my porch. That's today, but I did not know they were sending it as I was waiting for B&D's CSR to let me know the procedure. I assume they'll want the old one back but haven't even opened it yet and maybe the instructions are in the box! :-). Anyway - great customer service! ... show more

  • It's a really great toaster oven. Just don't even think of using it as an air fryer.
I loved this toaster oven so much that I just bought a second model. It does a great job of toasting many slices of bread. There's capacity to heat up three slices of pizza or a whole pot pie in there. There are great shelf height options to adjust for whatever you're cooking. I went nearly an entire summer without heating up the oven because this did the job. Here's the thing... Does it air fry beautifully? Yes. Chicken tenders, fries, tater tots? Delish. However, the oil from the air frying drips all over the heating elements. Oy! What this means is that - at some point in your toaster oven's future - the bottom elements stop working and you only get half-toasted toast. I'm clearly happy with it (because I bought another) but, if you'd like to avoid buying another toaster oven (like me), use something else (not this) as an air fryer. Your wallet will thank you. ... show more

  • great investment
So when i got this toaster oven I found it very easy to take out of the 2 boxes, and easy set up. I was able to take off all the safety cardboard and plug it in and could use right away. So here are the good list of this product: Easy to use and set up, big knobs for setting the time and temperature, clean inside and out and it comes with several useful extra trays etc. The bad is that for the timer i cannot set it for short times like 2-3 minutes very easily as that is what i mostly use it for. It is a little bit bigger than i thought, but it works so well and the bigger size works wonderfully in my kitchen now. This is a good product, I will encourage friends and family to buy the same item. I cant wait to cook so many fun foods in this oven. ... show more

  • Perfect value priced counter top toaster oven!!
This replaced an almost identical B&D oven we used daily for 3 years. An absolute workhorse in our kitchen. No fancy bells and whistles just dependable Consistent results. It will never take the place of regular oven but take car of small jobs easily.

  • Works very well
Works very well as an air fryer and toaster. Ignore the advice not to line the bottom pan with foil. I did and it makes clean-up so much easier.

  • Works Good
So overall this oven works pretty, especially for the price, but I gave it an overall three star for two reasons. First, the air fryer fan only comes on when you set the temp to 450. My old air fryer had air circulation at all temperatures, but when it died I didn't want to spend few hundred replacing it so this was a compromise. I use the tray that comes with it for catching drippings from food, which you have to unless you want to smell burning food all the time when the unit is running even if there no new dripping. I bought two other stainless steel trays with racks for actual cooking. The original tray was too small to catch all the drippings. So to avoid having burning food smell I ended up using a metal cutter to cut the four corners and flatten it with a hammer to extend the coverage. So now I don't have the burning smell problem, but the tray is not non stick or stainless steel so at times it gets pretty gnarly and has to be scrubed. I'll need to get a stainless steel tray for it. Overall I would recommend this, especially for it's price if you want an air fryer, but don't want to spend a lot of money, but they could have spent a dollar or two more (and charged me for it) and had a better tray and grease catcher. ... show more

  • Total fail
Purchased January 31 2024. I think I unpacked this on the 5th of February. February 7 2024- Temperature control is what just killed and burned my brownies. When I first checked the temp just out of the box. I set the dial to 350. According to my oven thermometer (new) it only heated to 325 degrees. I could deal with that. Last night baked two potatoes, they came out a little dry. This morning I tried to bake a batch of brownies. set the temp to 325 (according to my oven thermometer). 15 minutes into the bake time, I smelled brownies burning. I pulled the pan out of the oven, and the top is burned! I left the oven open to cool it down. Turned the oven back on after it had cooled. It struggled to to get to 300 degrees, eventually it got back to 325 degrees. Currently I am trying to get my brownies cooked, and my house smells like burned brownies. Temperature control is the problem. I now have smoking brownies. Now I can not trust this oven to cook my food competently. I am so disappointed. I am sending this back! Another thing. This oven has the shortest cord ever! Where is it supposed to reach? I am glad I have an outlet it can reach. For anyone else, good luck! Feb 8 2024- I decided to give this a second try. This time to cook 2 sausages. I turned on the oven to 350 (what ever it thinks 350 is) 10 minutes later it was at 250 degrees, another 10 minutes later it got to 325degrees. After a whole 30 minutes the sausages are not cooked, and it is trying to burn the tops of them. I'm done with this. Now I don't know what to trust. ... show more
