We've had this unit since September of 24 and have had only one 'problem' with it that was rapidly solved by the manufacturer, more on that later. My wife and I purchased this to stop going to the laundromat every week. It was an upgrade from one of the cheaper twin-tub designs that had failed and been refunded. It works very well for a couple of empty nesters. It has been, so far, reliable and sturdy. It's heavier than it looks and with the rubber feet it won't slide around on our kitchen floor in use. I highly recommend the wheeled dolly for it. It shipped in a sturdy box with lots of foam padding. The only assembly was to install a cover on the bottom that just snapped into place. The included hoses will need some adapting. The fill hose has a quick disconnect on it that snaps on to a fitting on your faucet. We already had one for a portable dishwasher so the included one was not needed. The drain hose is more of a challenge. The plastic hook is not designed to fit over the typical counter top sink. I guess the ones in Asia are smaller. You will want to put the drain hose in the sink with something to weigh it down. The drain pump is quite strong and even if the hook fits your counter it -will- jump off of the counter and flood your kitchen if you don't -secure- it to your sink. While the wash tub seems pretty roomy it only holds about 8 liters of water. A typical laundry basket of clothes is easily two loads. The machine is automatic in that you can set it and forget it. It will beep when it is done with the selected cycle. Just hook up the hoses, load your laundry and soap and set your wash cycle. There are ten cycles to choose from. The included manual does not describe any of them. For us, a typical load takes about 40 min. Clothes will be slightly damp after the spin cycle, though there is a longer spin dry cycle you can choose. The power draw is almost nothing. This thing uses less power than a toaster. That's also a bit of a con to this unit in that it won't wash heavy loads like blankets or a bunch of towels, or anything that is especially heavy when wet (It struggled with a single-bed sized blanket), but for normal clothes it's fine as long as you spread your laundry into two or three loads. It does not use a lot of water, even doing multiple loads. 8 liters is it's limit and it defaults to 6 Liters. This limitation means that two adults worth of laundry comes out to three loads, twice a week. To avoid the cost and travel time to a laundromat, it's well worth it. The unit is rapidly paying for it's self. The only problem we have had is that the lint filter inside the tub is quite brittle and easily broken if you aren't careful removing it for cleaning. A quick email to the manufacturer had a replacement mailed out to us within days. Overall, it's a good machine and well worth the asking price, provided you respect it's limits. While it seems that doing more loads would be a downside, the fact that it's literally set and forget makes up for it. You really won't be spending that much time attending to it. It'll just do it's work and let you know when it's done. My wife absolutely loves the little thing.

So kind of a long story here I’ll try and make it quick. I originally received this in unusable state. At first I thought they had sold me a used one because it sounded like there was a small amount of water in it but after reading the manual I found out that it does in fact come with a small amount of water in it. Come to find out all the damage was from the shipping company. The sides (bioth) were dented and a piece that holds the drum in place had been broken so the drum was just barreling hanging there. I was so upset because I had been so excited to use it. I even held of on doing laundry because I knew it was being delivered soon. I contacted the sellers right away and they excepted my return and sent me another one very quickly. I had my new one within about 7 days. The weekend and Monday being a holiday it probably would have been quicker. The sellers were amazing at resolving this issue quickly and they were very courteous. Now about the product. I LOVE IT! Game changer for me, I live in a small older house that does not have laundry hook ups and I had an electrician come at one point before I bought this because I wanted to update the Josie and just have laundry out in but I was told that my house did not have enough power coming to it to add more 220 outlets and it would cost a lot to have it updated. So for now until I have the money to do that I decided that a portable washer would be better than the laundromat. I bought the larger capacity so that I could wash my blankets (full size) and they fit perfectly. The machine is very quiet, once you learn the buttons they are very simple to use. The cost was very affordable and I’ll save a ton not going to the laundromat. The design is cute and the size fits well in my small house. I did go and get a normal washer hose and a garden hose fitting for my sink and that cost me 12 dollars but I found this to be much easier than the quick connect that the machine comes with. I could not figure out how to use the quick connect with out it squirting water but I really think that was user error and should not reflect badly on the product. So anyways that is my honest review and I think anyone wanting to try the larger capacity should definitely give this one a try! :)

Update: After cutting the hose, fusing it with the end of an old garden hose and clamping it I hooked up the washer and it works great. I am having a small leak problem with the hose ut will repair that. I still wish there was a users manual with it though. Note: the company was quick to offer a full refund. Nice. When I got itthe box bottomwas damaged . The washer looked alright except for a loose part in the bottom. It is just a rectangular plastic box, does notlook critical. I like the design but there was NO OERATING MANUAL AT ALL.. there was just a small slip of paper about the hose hookup which is toally USELESS. I have been fighting with the water hose all day, followed the instructions and watched the videos on the smaller models and all I get is wet. This is the crappiest setrup I have ever seen. I am hooking it up to a regualr washer faucet, bought the adapter, tried all the combinations with the hose connector and water squirts all over the place. I am now forced to violate the warrenty and cut that crappy connector off so I can install a push on hose replacement connector. If this thing doesn't work I'm gonna be screwed.

I just got the washer today. It did a beautiful job washing and spinning the clothes dry, but after the laundry was done, I noticed that my the carpeting was wet all around the machine. I took the back panel, and there's definitely signs of leaking inside nooks and crannies. I'm going to set it in the bathtub to find out if I can see where it is leaking from. But even if it is something simple, I am now very concerned about future problems with it.
