I ordered on a Sunday night and received it on Wednesday afternoon!! I was stunned. The only drawback would be the shipping carton it came in. The box bottom was crushed and the foam insert on the bottom inside was totally destroyed and broken into a million pieces. It was like a snow globe on the inside of the machine, where the included "rodent guard" is to be attached underneath. But the unit works very good, and it's quiet!

I live in an apartment without a washer and dryer hookup. We are a family of 5 and laundry piles up fast. I should have made this purchase a long time ago, this little washer is a beast. It can handle a normal sized load. I can wash my king sized sheets and duvet covers but I wouldn't wash any comforters larger than a queen. The noise level is decent. It's not silent, but it's not loud. There is a hum, and when it's draining there's a short grinding sound that made me worry at first but it turned out that the brief sound is the pump doing it's job. The pump is very strong and gets almost all of the water out. There may still be some in the hose but not much. The air dry function is great. It's a long cycle but long. It's worth it and makes hang drying or machine drying faster. I was happy it had a child lock function however it's a loud alarm and doesn't actually lock. The lid can still be opened but the machine automatically stops spinning when opened. This washer has made a huge difference. It's definitely worth getting. There were so many to choose from, I am very happy that I chose this one.

Just got this machine today. Hooked, it up. Ran, my first load water only to clean it worked great. Second load put a few towels in ran It, worked great no problems. Ran my third load through got halfway through and the pump would not eject the water and kept giving a E1 code. I even took all the clothes out so it was just the water in the tub, tried cycling it again and it still would not pump the water out of the tub. Had to siphon out the water, manually from the tub to remove it from the house. I have started a return process on this unit and reordered a new one I do not want to fight changing out a pump knowing that's probably all that's wrong, but it's a brand new product. Hoping for a better result on the second one.

Perfect for apartment. Like that it has different settings for light loads or heavier loads. Couldn't connect it to a faucet, but easy to just pour water manually. Save me time having to go to the laundromat often. For bedding and bigger items, it's not recommended, but Perfect for all my clothing.

We've had this unit since September of 24 and have had only one 'problem' with it that was rapidly solved by the manufacturer, more on that later. My wife and I purchased this to stop going to the laundromat every week. It was an upgrade from one of the cheaper twin-tub designs that had failed and been refunded. It works very well for a couple of empty nesters. It has been, so far, reliable and sturdy. It's heavier than it looks and with the rubber feet it won't slide around on our kitchen floor in use. I highly recommend the wheeled dolly for it. It shipped in a sturdy box with lots of foam padding. The only assembly was to install a cover on the bottom that just snapped into place. The included hoses will need some adapting. The fill hose has a quick disconnect on it that snaps on to a fitting on your faucet. We already had one for a portable dishwasher so the included one was not needed. The drain hose is more of a challenge. The plastic hook is not designed to fit over the typical counter top sink. I guess the ones in Asia are smaller. You will want to put the drain hose in the sink with something to weigh it down. The drain pump is quite strong and even if the hook fits your counter it -will- jump off of the counter and flood your kitchen if you don't -secure- it to your sink. While the wash tub seems pretty roomy it only holds about 8 liters of water. A typical laundry basket of clothes is easily two loads. The machine is automatic in that you can set it and forget it. It will beep when it is done with the selected cycle. Just hook up the hoses, load your laundry and soap and set your wash cycle. There are ten cycles to choose from. The included manual does not describe any of them. For us, a typical load takes about 40 min. Clothes will be slightly damp after the spin cycle, though there is a longer spin dry cycle you can choose. The power draw is almost nothing. This thing uses less power than a toaster. That's also a bit of a con to this unit in that it won't wash heavy loads like blankets or a bunch of towels, or anything that is especially heavy when wet (It struggled with a single-bed sized blanket), but for normal clothes it's fine as long as you spread your laundry into two or three loads. It does not use a lot of water, even doing multiple loads. 8 liters is it's limit and it defaults to 6 Liters. This limitation means that two adults worth of laundry comes out to three loads, twice a week. To avoid the cost and travel time to a laundromat, it's well worth it. The unit is rapidly paying for it's self. The only problem we have had is that the lint filter inside the tub is quite brittle and easily broken if you aren't careful removing it for cleaning. A quick email to the manufacturer had a replacement mailed out to us within days. Overall, it's a good machine and well worth the asking price, provided you respect it's limits. While it seems that doing more loads would be a downside, the fact that it's literally set and forget makes up for it. You really won't be spending that much time attending to it. It'll just do it's work and let you know when it's done. My wife absolutely loves the little thing.

Writing 2nd review 10/8/24. I have now washed somewhere between 30 and 50 loads and I am amazed at how well this machine works for the money. It's a little powerful dynamo. I did have some problems hooking it up to my kitchen or bathroom sink (you may not have this problem if you purchase). I improvised and hooked it to my shower; got some sliders and just slide it back and forth on the bathroom floor.........1st review believe it was June 2024–Completed my first seven loads in two days. For the money and size of the machine, it works really well. The machine is pretty light which helps to be able to move it around. The different programs makes it easy to choose what I want to do. As a 67-year-old man, this is my first apartment size washer. I've owned many regular size washers. So far, I am impressed by this washer. The agitator moves strongly to the left and then automatically changes to the right which does a good job cleaning my clothes. The drain works well also, NO leaks, which is always a concern. 3rd review-It is now 12/30/24. I have used this washer probably 35 to 50 times since April and for the money I am very satisfied.
